Abstract

The article examines the evolution of regional legislative power image by the example of the State Council of the Komi Republic. The author describes the historical stages of parliamentarism formation in the Komi region, considers the role of public relations in the sphere of public administration and their influence on the formation of the KR State Council’s image. Having analysed the opinions of the regional youth, the author estimates the existing image of the KR State Council, analyses it and proposes practical recommendations for its further optimization.
