Abstract
The article outlines the prerequisites for strategic changes and challenges faced by domestic companies during the war. The subsystems and objects of strategic changes are characterized and the importance of their interaction and a systemic approach to change management is emphasized. The main strategies of change management of the enterprise are proposed and it is emphasized which of them are especially relevant during the war. Modern methods of managing strategic changes, which domestic companies can use even during war, are defined. The main priorities as drivers of strategic changes for enterprises in the war and post-war period are determined.
