Abstract

Thematic justifi cation is stipulated by renewal of the professional education system. In this context, there is a need to consider the training system for future folk arts group chiefs as the focus area of modern education. The primary goal of this article is to design a scientifi cally grounded poly-artistic activities training system for folk arts group chiefs and to experimentally test its effi ciency within the context of next-generation educational standards implementation. In the course of study, competence-based approach was used which corresponds to the modern requirements of higher education. In this paper, the following methods were applied: observation, self-observation, self-assessment, expert evaluation method, analysis of the artistic activities processes and products, descriptive statistics methods (mathematical-statistical analysis). Practical signifi cance of this article: it presents example of pedagogic system design, which may provide assistance for teachers in updating of contents, forms and methods of specialists’ education.
