Abstract
The informations about current opportunities therapy of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in children is presented in this review. Their assessment on the basis of the results of various studies carried out on the principles of evidence medicine was performed. The main achievements and problems in the treatment of bronchopulmonary dysplasia were revealed. The information about the principles of effective respiratory support, the principles of systemic and inhaled
 corticosteroids use, about the prospects for the late appointment of surfactant in children with bronchopulmonary dysplasia, etc. was presented. The questions of prevention and treatment of infectious complications of bronchopulmonary dysplasia were highlighted. The prospects of the therapy of this disease in children were determined.
