Abstract

The research aim is to describe the didactic capabilities of a dialogue simulator as a pedagogical tool that enables the determination of future teachers' pedagogical action strategies for preventing and combating cyberbullying in the school environment and experimentally assess the effectiveness of its application in the process of educating students – future teachers in the conditions of a pedagogical university. The article describes the algorithm of work for students – future teachers with the dialogue simulator, provides examples of constructing responses to cyberbullying situations in the school environment with comments and explanations. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of a pedagogical tool at the technical-technological/applied level of didactic knowledge, allowing the enhancement of the quality of preparing future teachers for preventing and combating cyberbullying in the school environment. The research resulted in the validation of implementation methods of the dialogue simulator as a pedagogical tool for preventing and combating cyberbullying, representing a system of algorithms of pedagogical actions that shape the professional competencies of students – future teachers.
