Abstract

The study aims to analyse features peculiar to value attitude formation in internal affairs personnel towards mastering professional foreign-language communication (VAMPFLC). The paper considers the notion of “value attitude” and defines the value attitude of internal affairs personnel towards mastering professional foreign-language communication, presents the structure and examines the features peculiar to the VAMPFLC components formation. Scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that in contrast to psychological and social attitude, the VAMPFLC, based on a four-component structure, is presented as a tool that makes it possible to develop readiness to master professional foreign-language communication in internal affairs personnel and achieve the planned learning outcomes due to the features peculiar to the VAMPFLC components formation. As a result of the study, the author has provided the definition and structure of the VAMPFLC, considered the features peculiar to the VAMPFLC components formation.
