Abstract

On the basis of theoretical analysis of research the paper determines the peculiarities of social and psychological support to future specialist’s professional development in the process of professional maturity during their training at the higher educational establishments. Modern society increasingly requires creative personality, capable for a high level of adaptation and self-realization. Such personality can create their future, their way, set clear tasks for self-improvement and self-education. Psychic self-regulation is realized in its combination of energetic, dynamic, social and semantic aspects. As a conscious individual, the person is responsible for the consequences of their own choices and actions.The creativity is a characteristic feature of a creative person, capable to fulfill their potential with their own initiative and with a choice of appropriate methods. There are such components of the creative personality as motivational, intellectual, emotional and communicative. For their development it’s necessary to expand the role space of each student and to include him in a variety of activities that provide creative fulfillment and create the experience of social relations.It’s necessary to change social and psychological support of the educational process, to focus it on the development of creative environment in the educational institution. Effective means of such support is the psychological training, one of the most important functions of which is to reduce uncertainty and entropy (the amount of energy that has become available to make social change and social progress). There is a special role of humanitarian disciplines in this aspect. The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills makes the contents of the psychological training. It is the essential resource for the living environment of a person involved in professional (educational) activities.Background of socio-psychological support combines four functions: diagnosis of the problem which has arisen; information on the nature of the problem and ways of its solution; consultations during decision-making process and strategy development the problem solving; primary care at the stage of realization of plan.A person does not automatically turn from one activity to another but doing it deliberately, taking into account the social situation, the importance of the fulfilled operations, the possible results of the actions. The main purpose of social and psychological support to the educational process at the university is a person’s fully realization assistance in the professional (academic) field. The sense of social and psychological support is to teach people to solve their problems independently. Updating the cognitive dissonance between the values of training in high school and future professional activities in the controlled conditions of social and psychological support to the educational process, namely the teaching humanities disciplines, will serve as the foundation of the formation process of individual and psychological adaptation of the students to professional crises.
