Abstract

The article is devoted to highlighting the peculiarities of supporting the strategic sustainability and corporate security of an joint company. The hypothesis of the study provides the mandatory review of the enterprise’s strategic sustainability and corporate security in relation to the life cycle of the enterprise and the consumer value that created by the enterprise. The life cycle is defined in the context of the competitive enterprise position and the parameters of its involvement in relations with key stakeholders. Forming the model basis for managing the enterprise's strategic sustainability and corporate security was based on the enterprise life cycle consideration through the list of activities, which performed at each stage of the life cycle. The peculiarity of the proposed model base is its elements positioning on the enterprise’s strategic landscape. The Wardley maps concept was used for archiving this enterprise positioning. The usage of the offered model base is focused on considering the enterprise’s strategic sustainability through the ability to meet continuously the current and future needs of the company's stakeholders. Understanding the characteristics of the business landscape allows you to change the vector of enterprise development when designing adaptation measures. At the same time, the state of “situational awareness” is correlated with the possibility of forming the reflexive management behaviors of the consumer and competitors that are desirable for the enterprise. Since the availability of such an opportunity is only stated in the article, the prospects for further research should be reflected in the processes of reflexive management of strategic stability and the formation of appropriate tools for the development and implementation of reflective influences on stakeholders of the enterprise. Consideration of the life cycle through a set of activities performed at each of its stages, allowed to determine the approach to the formation of a model basis of the mechanism for managing the strategic stability and corporate security of the enterprise.
