Abstract

Nowadays, all human beings are affected by the technological development of a global information society, which is changing very rapidly. Not only does this economic model truly provide customers with various functional services of real estate applications, but also improve the numbers of availability itself and indicate the importance of real estate applications. Thus, real estate applications have become more and more necessary as a demand for easy and convenient increased confirmations. BR Therefore, in order to grasp the understanding of the satisfaction and reuse intentions of consumers in their 20s and older who have experiences in using real estate using applications, consumption value, technology acceptance model and the uses of the situation related to the use of real estate applications have been tested as three types of variables in this study. Moreover, the effects on the satisfaction and reuse intentions of consumers in using real estate applications also have finally been analyzed.BR The main results and suggestions of this study are as follows. Firstly, it is addressed that the functional value of the consumption value of the real estate application affects the reuse intentions. This suggests that it is important to promote the development of functions of real estate applications to increase the reuse intentions of consumers; hence it is necessary to ensure the quality of real estate applications and develop various functions to improve the satisfaction of consumers. Secondly, it is suggested that perceived ease-of-use and social impact do have the effects on the reuse intentions of using real estate applications. Thirdly, it is implicated that the higher the level of the satisfaction of using real estate applications, the higher the level of the reuse intentions.
