Abstract
The article considers the principles of selection of original texts for the preparation of authentic texts in English, Russian and Kazakh for the specialties «Space engineering and technology» and «Space engineering»: the principle of novelty, data, news, including the selection of texts containing the latest scientific and technical information. The principle of scientific character is shown, which assumes the choice of texts in which scientific and technical information data from reliable sources are presented. The principles of accounting for the influence of the level of foreign language proficiency are analyzed, which presuppose the choice of the native language and authentic texts of the appropriate volume and level of lexical-grammatical and logical-compositional complexity. The method of accounting for interdisciplinary connections is considered, which assumes the choice of texts by students compatible with the material of the studied disciplines in parallel with the language course. The approach to teaching the Kazakh language in combination with Russian and English is taken into account.
