Abstract
In the academic literature on the administrative law there are still discussions of legal standards distinguishing control from supervision. The objective of this research is to compare those standards in the context of state control (supervision) in aviation security, to identify similarities and differences as well as implementation features. The author uses the method comparative legal analysis and substantiates the necessity of making changes to Article 11.1 of the Federal Law “On Transport Security”.
