Abstract
In the context of the change in the historical epochs of human civilization and its cultural ones, the content, character, forms, algorithms and methods of functioning of all available types of management change, with the transformation of their essence and with a change in the positive or negative sign of their social utility. However, the cooperative type of management, being included as one of the backbone elements in the integral complex of types of management of the economic system of one kind or another, is an exception in the sense that it is not transformed due to its squeezing out of the area of economic activity by types of management more adapted to the struggle - this is due to the cohesion of a number of historical circumstances. This negative trend can and should be replaced by the trend of revival and further progressive development of the cooperative type of management, concentrating on the use of its organizational and managerial potential in the system-institutional.
