Abstract

One of the most important work in the sciences of hadith is the science of causes, as this science is the culmination of the hump of hadith sciences, and it is one of the best efforts in which efforts are made to distinguish the original in the Sunnah from the intruder in it, and to rid what is raised from the hadith from what is not raised Because that is the principle upon which work is based on the Sunnah and jurisprudence in it. This research is a study related to one of the imams of the ills of hadith, Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal. I research his doctrine in dealing with a delicate topic of interest to the modern scholars and jurists alike, on which the validity of the deduction is based or not, which is the topic: “Increasing confidence in hadith.” This topic was discussed by the classifiers in the science of the term, but it was not completely edited - as far as I think -, explaining the aspects of agreement and difference between the modernists and others, and there was much ambiguity in it, as it was attributed to the hadiths that the increase in confidence is absolutely acceptable, and their doctrines should have been followed Through the texts and applied critical rulings, and this is what I will try to study and research focusing on the doctrine of Imam Ahmad, may God have mercy on him, and I hope that I conclude with satisfactory scientific results.
