Abstract

The article provides recommendations for improving the competencies of the teaching staff (TS) of agricultural educational institutions and institutions of additional professional education in the conditions of digitalization and innovative development of the agro-industrial complex. On the basis of joint work with agricultural consultants in various natural and climatic zones of the Russian Federation, the authors show wide opportunities for the participation of teaching staff in the development of innovative projects based on digital highly efficient resource-saving technologies. The practice of implementing the work of teachers as expert consultants using digital platforms at demonstration sites organized on the basis of existing agricultural enterprises and farms is summarized.
