Abstract

The presented study is devoted to the problems of improving the mechanism of economic security, based on personnel management measures. The analysis of theoretical works made it possible to develop organizational and methodological recommendations for improving the measures of personnel security of the mechanism of economic security of cooperative structures. The study of approaches to assessing the level of economic security contributed to the substantiation of a methodological approach to monitoring threats to the economic security of the personnel potential of cooperative structures. The author proposes an algorithm for analyzing measures to ensure the economic security of the process of managing personnel potential, taking into account the gradation into subsystems of the parameters under consideration.
