Abstract
The article reveals the role of information computer technologies in the development of a spatial component of mental activity as an integral element of a future bachelor’s mathematical training. The author proposes geometry teaching methodology, which integrates traditional didactic means and possibilities of mathematical software involving visualization and modelling of geometrical objects. The paper describes the content of an elective course, justifies the efficiency of introducing computer geometric modelling as an active teaching method, which makes students’ educational and cognitive activity explorative.
