Abstract
With the growth of motorization and the increase in the urban population, the problem of mobility is becoming more and more serious. Transport-related difficulties, such as traffic jams and long travel times, not only affect people's lives, but also have serious economic consequences. Through a comprehensive baseline survey of the current traffic patterns in small and medium towns, we are gaining a more complete and accurate understanding of the spatial and temporal changes and existing traffic problems associated with traffic in small and medium towns. Based on traditional traffic planning methods, combined with an intelligent traffic management system, the intelligent improvement of traffic in small and medium cities in the PRC is proposed, and a road planning improvement plan is proposed to solve the traffic problems existing in small and medium cities and improve efficiency. as a way to solve transport problems.
