Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study the problems and prospects of project activities in the sphere of historical and cultural heritage of the Orel region preservation. The authors give the definition of pro-ject activities in the sphere of cultural heritage; identify the features of this experience preservation. The article substantiates the specifics and the possibilities of project activities in the Orel region. Particular attention is paid to the issue of manor complexes protection.
