Abstract
Every company, including those in the hospitality industry, faces an important task — finding and using effective approaches to distributing tasks in order to reveal the capabilities of each employee of the company and improve overall productivity. The leading role in increasing productivity is played by activating the interest of employees. Analysis of this area allows us to understand what serves as a stimulus for labor activity and what elements influence decision-making when performing tasks. An effectively designed incentive system is an important resource for management, contributing to increased employee loyalty and growth of the organization's profits. Such a system must be well-thought-out, balanced and really attractive to employees. In the hotel business, such strategies become key due to the specifics of the starting conditions, where employee salaries are often lower than in other industries. This leads to an outflow of qualified specialists and a drop in overall efficiency. However, a well-designed and implemented motivational system can radically change the situation.
