Abstract

The article analyzes the initial public offering (IPO) of shares in comparison with pre-IPO and SPO. Various doctrinal points of view on the IPO procedure are revealed. The author reveals the features of the financial and legal regulation of IPO, which is carried out by the mega-regulator in the financial market – the Bank of Russia. It is also noted in the work that the further development of the Institute of digital Financial assets (CFA) will significantly use its capabilities for public placement of assets in the Russian Federation.
