Abstract

In the article, an attempt is made to highlight the aspects of corporate culture in edu-cational institutions using the example of Central Russian Institute of Management, a branch of Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. Under conditions of instability typical for modern educational sphere, the importance of strategies for formation and strengthening of corporate culture increases. The research is aimed at in-depth analysis of the key components of corporate culture, determining its impact on the effectiveness of educational process, as well as studying specific practices and methodologies implemented by Central Russian Institute of Management to create and maintain proper corporate culture.
