Abstract

Today, first of all, practising psychologists note a trend that manifests itself in the need to form a high level of culture, which is a necessary component of the personality of professionals with higher education. The article is devoted to the analysis of scientific approaches to understanding the phenomenon of “corporate culture” and “corporate culture in higher education institutions”, as well as to creating a model of formation of the corporate culture of the leader in the organization. The purpose of the study is a theoretical justification and empirical study of the effectiveness of the training model “Inspiration and support on the way to achieving the goal” for the development of components of corporate culture of the manager. The objectives of the study were to select and implement various training techniques aimed at developing the corporate culture of the manager. Socio-psychological training was used to implement the tasks. The mechanisms of updating the corporate culture of educational institutions are theoretically analyzed. The results of an empirical study of the meaning-life orientations of managers (the basic component of the value-semantic sphere) are presented; a comparative analysis of their indicators was carried out.  The components of corporate culture are revealed and the Program of the training model of effective development of components of corporate culture of the head in the organization is directed, directed on: mastering the active skills of interaction between managers and employees of the organization; self-organization and design of own activity; formation of socio-moral position in the process of interpersonal and business interaction; developing in managers partnership and leadership qualities, communication skills and abilities. The developed model helps to expand the manager ideas about leadership and ways to manage a small group; provides activation of leadership potential as a set of skills of self-management and management of other people; allows you to feel the advantages and difficulties of leadership positions, to identify their strengths and weaknesses in terms of leadership in certain situations, to master the techniques of leadership and group cohesion, to develop leadership skills.
