Abstract
The material of the article is devoted to the definition of topical issues of environmental and economic safety in the new realities of the development of the Arctic zone in the context of the transformation of the economy and education. The paper presents the tools of ecological and economic safety of youth, contributing to the sustainable development of the economy and education in the modern professional environment of the Arctic region. The paper highlights the issues of environmental and economic security, based on the theoretical analysis of the sustainable development agenda of the Russian Federation and the materials of scientific and practical conferences at various levels, and empirical analysis during the implementation of project activities at the flagship university.
