Abstract

The author’s research is devoted to one of the most important technological areas of digital transformation of high-tech industrial enterprises — the formation of cyber-physical systems. The authors justify the relevance of digitalization of Russian industry, develop the author’s definition of the term “cyber-physical system”. The main economic and technological effects of the introduction of such systems in enterprises are defined. Also within the framework of disclosure of applied bases of formation of cyber-physical systems two variants of their structural decomposition are developed, reflecting different levels of hierarchy of such systems, as well as technologies and software products used in the framework of their construction. Real examples of implementation of cyber-physical systems at Russian enterprises are given as existing successful cases. The final part of the article develops a universal step-by-step algorithm for the formation of a cyber-physical system at a high-tech enterprise.
