Abstract
The article presents the results of an analysis of changes in the structure of deviations in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the period from 2000 to 2021, conducted taking into account the legal foundations of military service with the help of research by Ya.I. Gilinsky. A number of deviations peculiar to the RF Armed Forces are highlighted, their sociological origin is explained using the classification of deviations according to E.V. Zmanovskaya. Recommendations for the prevention of cases of deviant behavior of military personnel through the prediction of increased deviations are proposed.
