Abstract
This article discusses some of the issues of teaching the Kyrgyz language to students of international relations in universities that have not been previously studied. The article describes the origin of documents in the history of the Kyrgyz people using the historical and chronological method, for example, the appearance of the first written documents in the Kyrgyz language in antiquity with the appearance in antiquity of public diplomacy for communication with other peoples.
