Abstract

This article first describes the origins of paperwork in the history of the Kyrgyz people, for example, the emergence of public diplomacy in ancient times with the emergence of public diplomacy to communicate with other peoples. The connection of documents with the formation of different stages of the Kyrgyz writing, the letters of the northern Kyrgyz of the Russian Empire, etc. is noted. The great enlighteners of the early Kyrgyz enlighteners of the 1930s, the first Kyrgyz intelligentsia for the people, the Kyrgyz language, and later the influence of the Russian language, the wings of the Kyrgyz language were cut and the number of hours was reduced. The transformation of the Kyrgyz language into the state language after gaining independence was analyzed, the official documents adopted in it were analyzed. In order to improve the teaching of office work in the Kyrgyz language in higher educational institutions, the organization of office work on the basis of secondary schools, the priorities of the improved Kyrgyz language program, established in 1994, the thematic content of documents and the number of hours were determined. analyzed.
