Abstract
The author offers an analysis of the regulatory legal acts prepared in the Russian Federation over the past four years, regulating the development of technologies using artificial intelligence. The legal basis of the mechanism for regulating artificial intelligence in the context of the implementation of the law enforcement function of the state is revealed.
