Abstract

The use of existing or development of new simulation models of the green liquor recovery process in the recovery boiler (RB) remains relevant due to the ever-increasing requirements for process safety and product quality, therefore a general algorithm for simulation of the automatic control system of the green liquor level in the dissolver tank of the RB is proposed. Application of the developed analytical model in practice will allow users to increase the accuracy of green liquor level control in the dissolver tank and reduce the influence of disturbing actions on the quality of the technological process
