Abstract

The study deals with the work of women in Islamic Sharia and the system of the Saudi labor law and the Jordanian labor and some Arab legislation, with reference Arab and international labor standards, where such legislation sought to protect the worker, especially women, through the provision of special legal provisions for their humanitarian, social, and health needs, and enable them to reconcile work. And among its duties family would be reflected positively on their productivity and achieve the interests of the employer, and promotes a sense of security, thereby contributing to the maintenance of security and social peace. This study also concluded several suggestions and recommendations related to the situation in this regard.
