Abstract

In article taking into account theoretical approach to understanding of a category of “public administration” and on the basis of the analysis of norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation current questions connected with public administration in area of general education at formation and conducting of the register of obligatory requirements are raised, and possible ways of their decision are offered.
