Abstract

One of the most important tasks of professional education is the training of mid-level specialists – qualified, responsible, competent, flexible and competitive. In the process of preparation, students should master both general and professional competencies. In this regard, the use of a practice-focused approach to learning becomes relevant. The paper discusses the need to create organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of practice-focused skills among masters of industrial training in the system of additional professional education. The relevance and importance of the formation of practice-focused skills are determined. The set of organizational and pedagogical conditions and the ways of implementation, which allow practice-focused skills to be formed efficiently, are highlighted and described. The implementation of the organizational and pedagogical conditions is aimed at improving the skills of masters of secondary vocational education. The materials of the study can be used by specialists of the system of additional professional education.
