Abstract
The scientific article addresses the problem of violation of the psychological and emotional state of students of higher educational institutions. A literature review was conducted to identify key factors influencing the personality of students in higher education. Stressful situations arising in student life are examined, and recommendations are proposed for developing comprehensive measures and support programs for students. This study highlights the importance and necessity of preventive work, training in stress management strategies and providing psychological support to persons exposed to the risks indicated in the article. Furthermore, the article presents research findings on the impact of short-term periodic physical training on the mental and emotional state of individuals. The work holds practical significance for higher education institutions and professionals in the fields of psychology and pedagogy.
