Abstract

The current state of the market of educational services requires higher education institutions to properly integrate information technology into strategic development. The relevance of this paper reports, was raised in the thesis, due to the intensification of competition between higher education institutions within the country. Therefore, the management of leading higher education institutions pays special attention to the use of IT technologies in strategic development. The integration of information technology is a complex, multi-stage process that affects all information systems of higher education institutions and the business processes that take place in them. The paper studies some aspects of the work of visual communication systems in the channels of promotion of the structural department University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine as a result of developing strategic planning and implementing corporate identity. The research problem for this study is to use the information technology in strategic planning of the organization. The article describes the information and intellectual technologies of media design for online communications of channels of promotion and dissemination of information. The object of research is media design technologies as a medium of telecommunications. Particular attention is paid to the role of corporate identity: marketing and the other functional areas in the goal setting and strategic planning process. And implementing key marketing terms determines how effectively a brand of the structural department University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine is visually represented, competitive educational markets. According to the results of the study developed the recommendations for creating a guide to visual style (brand book) and guide to the use of visual style (brand book), using information and intelligent media design technologies for online communication channels to promote disseminate information. The obtained results make it possible to implement a system of visual communication for marketing strategic planning. The conceptual approach applied to the methodology of this study, from the perspective of strategic marketing, can be used for various areas of business and organizations.
