Abstract

The research discusses the problem of future teachers’ vocational training in the universities of education according to the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education. A theoretical analysis involves the readiness of primary school teachers to implement the interdisciplinary integration as a basic way to develop universal educational actions in primary school students. The latter are the key competence of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education. The development model of students’ readiness for implementation of the interdisciplinary integration as a way to develop universal educational actions in primary school students is described in the context of system-, activity- and competency-based as well as person-centered approaches to training future primary school teachers. The target, content-related, procedural, and reflexive evaluative units of such a model are revealed. This model presents the teaching arrangements of effective vocational training of teachers-to-be in the universities of education and proposes the ways to assess the level of students’ readiness for developing the universal educational actions in primary school students on a metasubject basis.
