Abstract

The purpose of the article is to present the relevance, features and results of the experimental work of the Ukrainian level on the implementation of elements of the dual system of training in the practice of training future skilled workers in the institutions of vocational (vocational-technical) education of Ukraine during 2015 – 2018. The benefits of training of skilled workers using the elements of the dual system as a practice-oriented, flexible, innovative training system based on close partnership between educational institutions and employers are substantiated. The stages of realization of the first in Ukraine research work on the theme “Vocational training of skilled workers using elements of the dual training system” are shown. The participants of the experiment are presented and the results of the experimental work, which were achieved on the basis of a better and more productive level of social partnership. The problems identified during the SVOT analysis are analyzed, which hinder the process of introducing the dual form of education into the practice of training future skilled workers of vocational (vocational-technical) educational institutions and enterprises-contracting personnel. The elements of the dual training system that were implemented during the experiment are presented. It has been proved what elements of the dual system of training the skilled workers cannot be implemented into the educational practice of vocational educational institutions of Ukraine today under the objective socio-economic conditions and the existing legal framework.
