Abstract

Modern Russia, like the whole world, is going through a period of uncertainty and turbulence associated with a change in the long-term trajectory of development. The author considers the issues of structuring these challenges into a system of goals and objectives of economic and industrial policy, as well as proposes effective tools for its implementation.
