Abstract

267 fifth-year cadets from three faculties took part in the seven-day 1602 studies during the academic exercises. To identify and study sociogenic losses under the influence of group social protection on the socio-psychological protection of the personality of 159 law cadets, 63 economics cadets, 46 psychology cadets, and the relationship between them, 36 models of the "Socio-psychological climate of the collective" test were selected (B. D. Parygin, 2003). According to the results of the test and the role of the employee in each of the 9 game teams, a conversation was conducted using Postdiagnostic training-correction of the leader, members and SEC of the team. On the sixth day of the academic exercises, the evaluation of the effectiveness before and after auto-training was carried out in 250/233 studies of the 1st and 2nd color choices of 125 employees in the positions of blue-black colors of the eight-color Lusher test in our modification. The deterioration of the socio-psychological climate model from the 10th at the beginning to the 19th at the end of the exercises, the decrease in optimality from 4 to 7 units and the results of the effectiveness of the autogenic training session indicate a positive or negative relationship within the playing team between groups of law cadets, economics cadets, psychology cadets performing various functions, which leave an imprint on their relationship in social protection, causing socio-psychological protection through sociogenic losses, and predict the development of sociogeny. Auto- training compensated up to 83% of sociogenic losses in only two of the nine gaming teams.
