Abstract
Uncontrolled development of emergency situations at hazardous production facilities can lead to significant damage and loss of life. To reduce possible human and material losses, the Angarsk Petrochemical Company has established a special procedure for ensuring the constant readiness of forces and means to localize and eliminate the consequences of accidents. The work is devoted to assessing the compliance of this procedure with the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation
