Abstract
This article is devoted to the problem of processing technogenic wastes from the production of alumina from nephelines in the form of sludge containing up to 85% of the mass. dicalcium sili- cate – belite – with a very low hydraulic activity, and therefore used by cement plants as a component of raw mixtures with the addition of a limestone component and burning Portland ce- ment clinker using the costly technology. A new integrated approach is proposed to the processing of directly belite sludge through its energy-saving firing with the modification of belite into high-temperature modifications of dicalcium silicate and subsequent grinding of clinker into high- quality nanocement, in accordance with the Discovery “The phenomenon of nanocapsulation of dispersed substances”, reg- istered by the International Academy of Authors of Scientific Discoveries and Inventions under the Russian Federation Acad- emy of Natural Sciences diploma N 450.
