Abstract
The article discusses the development of the agricultural sector of the economy and environmental safety in the context of digitalization. Research methods are based on the use of comparative and structural analysis. The influence of digitalization on the agro-industrial complex and environmental safety has been studied. The problems and prospects for introducing digital technologies into agricultural formations have been identified. The use of digital technologies is proposed to increase the competitiveness of agricultural production, taking into account environmental and economic security on the part of business entities.
