Purpose. Knowing the relationship between the factors that affect the performance of nurses in implementing nursing care during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Panti Rini hospital. Method. This study used a quantitative analytic observational design with a cross sectional approach method. In an effort to improve the performance of nurses, especially nurses at the Panti Rini hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is hoped that the government can pay special attention, especially in the provision of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and provide additional incentives for health workers on duty considering the large risks involved they face both physically and psychologically. Health workers must have high workforce performance so that hospitals can play an optimal role during the COVID-19 pandemic. Several factors affect the performance of health workers such as compensation, working conditions, policies and interpersonal relationships. The purpose of this study was to measure the relationship between compensation, working conditions, policies and interpersonal relationships by influencing the performance of health workers at Panti Rini Hospital.
