It is possible to state that there has been an increase in the interest towards gastronomy tours in recent years. However, those tours have predominantly been to Mediterranean and Southeastern Anatolia Regions. The Black Sea Region in which people coming from different ethnicity live together is rich in gastronomy. “Circassians”, no doubt, one of those ethnic groups living in this region. On the other hand, there is very limited research about experiencing Circassian cuisine. With this research, it is aimed to fill the gap in the literature. In accordance with this purpose, firstly, information was given about important dishes in Circassian cuisine by handling Circassians who immigrated to Anatolia from Caucasia during the second half of the nineteenth century, and settlement policy of The Ottoman Empire. Then, a two-night tour schedule aiming to experience predominantly both Circassian cuisine and culture in Duzce situated in the Western Black Sea Region where population density of Circassians is very high.
