Family Values of Students of Pedagogical Specialties of Graduation Courses

An early work by Leon Batista Alberti, Books on the Family, is relevant to the concept of upbringing, the purpose of which is to open up to the child the opportunities that the civil society provides him with. Family values correlate each Personal Action with the actions of the “Other”. The family “We” is transformed into a public “We”. The vice and virtue of an individual, embodied in his concrete actions, create the life of the people. Family values form the needs of the individual, which have a cause and a way of satisfaction only in the material and spiritual community of families. Leon Batista Alberti’s pedagogical work, expanding the space of personal life, finds associations and a response in the works of domestic humanists and teachers. The survey involved 157 people. As a result of statistical processing of the survey data, a hierarchy of students’ family values was obtained. The data obtained make it possible to demonstrate the structural features of the system of humanistic values of future teachers. Some gender differences have been identified. The general tendencies in the hierarchy of family values of students who have undergone active practice in educational institutions are considered. ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ФОРМУВАННЯ ФІНАНСОВИХ РЕСУРСІВ У ТОРГОВЕЛЬНИХ МЕРЕЖАХ

A characteristic feature of the modern market is its transformation from the market of the producer to the market of the consumer who by means of modern information technologies gets an opportunity to choose a way of satisfaction of the inquiries, choosing various kinds of production, technologies, brands. The main mesoeconomic chain of such an economy today is a network that is recognized worldwide as an effective means of forming national competitive advantages, increasing production efficiency through vertical and horizontal integration of individual industries and enterprises. Network structures are best known for the concept of economic relations based on institutional and territorial combination. There is now an urgent need for a more accurate conceptualization of what networks are and the phenomena associated with them, which will allow for relevant research on network systems, particularly in trade. Financial resources are a system-forming factor in the functioning and development of the enterprise, form its resource and economic potential, ensure the continuity of production and sales, is a source of funding for socio-economic development and growth of market value of the enterprise. Macroeconomic stability and economic growth in the country on the basis of expanded reproduction, satisfaction of social and other needs of society depend on their effective and rational formation and use at the micro level. Management of financial resources in retail chains is a complex system that synthesizes the processes of making and implementing management decisions aimed at optimal formation, rational placement, efficient use, expanded reproduction and increase of financial potential of the enterprise to achieve its strategic, tactical and operational goals. Its sustainable operation and further development taking into account the influence of changing environmental factors.

PERSONNEL MARKETING AS TOOL OF REALIZATION OF STAFFING POLICY ON THE ENTERPRISE

his article discusses the essence and importance of marketing of personnel as a tool for implementation of staff policy. Established, that it represents an administrative activity, aimed at satisfying of company by workers, which form its strategic potential and help to solve specific problems. Namely, staff marketing is a type of organizational management, focused on providing qualitative and quantitative organizational requests in the workforce. It was revealed that marketing personnel has two main functions - informational and communicational. The first of these is determined by the creation of the database during the planning of personnel policy, the other one is aimed at realization of ways of satisfaction the needs of workers, as well as forming a good image of the enterprise. It is substantiated that the system of marketing data of the staff policy is a general exchange of information, which provides for quality analysis and planning of activities. The sources of such data are: basic and additional curricula of universities, courses and employment services; analytical materials of state bodies; information exchange of labor; specialized literature on employment; advertising brochures of competitors. The internal and external factors characterizing the essence of marketing of personnel are investigated. Consequently, internal factors are determined by the ability of enterprise to influence the management of an enterprise. External, in turn, there are the conditions on which the company itself can`t influence. The author proposes the main directions for improvement of marketing activities in relation personnel management. Established also that the main objectives of marketing personnel of the enterprise are: analysis of the labor market in order to detect current and future needs for quantitatively-qualitative staff; research of production growth trends for timely provision of new jobs and for satisfaction of personnel policy needs; search and hiring of employees who meet organizational requirements.

Canned smoked capelin: prospects, problems, quality

Marketing researches on studying of consumer preferences of products among respondents who regularly visit large trade networks of the city of Murmansk are carried out. It is established that currently canned goods are in steady demand, the buyer prefers canned products from traditional raw materials that have not undergone rigid heat treatment, but the use of fills is expected. One of the ways of satisfaction the growing demand is reorientation of the fishing industry to the use of low-profit fishing facilities, which include capelin. The analysis of data on catch capelin dynamics was carried out, it is established that stocks of capelin will increase. The technology of canned smoked capelin using pre-heat treatment of raw materials at low temperatures (soft modes of smoking) in comparison with traditional technology, or drying fish with the subsequent use of smoking gel to intensify the color and giving the required organoleptic characteristics to the final product. Established excellent organoleptic advantages and high nutritional value of canned capelin. Manufactured canned smoked capelin fit the safety requirements, in particular, the content of benzo(a)pyrene in manufactured canned capelin with smoking gel, 50 times lower than the maximum permissible concentration value for smoked fish products, and which fits the modern food safety requirements.

Scientific Instructions for the Formation of the Enterprise Motivation Mechanism

The scientific approaches to the formation of the motivational mechanism of Ukrainian enterprises in the modern period on the example of the machine-building enterprise "Vistek" in Bakhmut, and methods of quantitative assessment of the balance of social and economic class interests of employees and owners of means of production are defined. The conditions under which the balance of economic interests for the benefit of the employers are revealed.
 The criterion for the quantitative determination of the social class interests of workers and employers is the structure of labour potential, which is formed by its constituent elements of human physical capital and the distribution of value added in accordance with the quantity and quality of work and the balance of social interests. A quantitative expression of the measure of labour and consumption, which determines the proportions between labour and its wages. The category of the threshold of social sensitivity of basic wages and incentive payments are determined. The methods of determining its level are revealed that associated with the effect of production, which harmonizes the scale of production and consumption, and forms balance of social and economic interests of hired and entrepreneurial labour, which harmonize social relations in the country.
 The structure of the motivational mechanism for stimulating the success of staff and business efficiency is proposed: motives, goals, ways of satisfaction, forms, methods and sources of needs. The model of formation of the mechanism of management of remuneration in the state is suggested according to the objective law of remuneration, its essence is defined. In particular, microeconomic and macroeconomic levels of remuneration management are highlighted, showing indicators of the ratio of the standard and actual rates of wage growth to one percent of labour productivity growth in accordance with the efficiency of human capital use, optimality of the distribution of value added, resource level of production. Macroeconomic level, payment management, institutional decisions, levers of social policy and social performance are also determined.
 A methodology for quantifying the proportions of value added distribution between the producer and employer class is formulated. Examples of calculations of the change in the value-share index between two social classes are given.
 This methodology allows to solve complex problems of social class stratification of the personnel of enterprises and increase their interest in the results of work.

Le jeu vidéo à l’adolescence, entre mégalomanie et perte d’objet

ObjectivesThis article aims to explore the issues that underlie the excessive use of video games in adolescence. Conquest video games include the ability to change, grow and (transform) as if the teenager were using the game as a double, as a glove that would turn around: the teenager takes the image for his mirror in investing the image and making it live. It is only when he is lost in this tense mirror by mirroring himself as Narcissus in front of his reflection that the risk of a confusion exists: the cleavage between the internal and external worlds is exerted by the rejection of the constraints of the external world, leading to withdrawal, loss of temporality, depression and other potential disorders. Patients and methodFrom a psychoanalytic perspective, we chose a clinical study to account for a particular fate of overuse of video games and the gradual transformation of this addiction. The clinical situation is presented in a non-exhaustive way but by highlighting the central periods in the practice of video games and the evolution of the young person in his object investments as well as in the transfero-counter-transferential link. ResultsThe clinical case presented leads to think that the image was the holding-place of auxiliary psychic space, the time to discover the pleasure and the conflictuality of the sexual and sentimental “addiction”, the time to rediscover the object of his passion. Anguish of abandonment and dependence on the object are now represented, enacted in living bonds; he does not feel anymore, except in the case of short depressive episodes, the desire to fall back on a world of images. ConclusionsPlaying with images is about creating a space for mastering internal objects, using a medium. By analogy, we can compare the daydream to a game with images, like the video game to a form of daydream: in both cases, it is question of exploration of potential worlds with the help of object representation, in a psychic space with vast potentialities. In this time of transition, the illusion space maintains the fantasy that everything remains possible. The sense of control that the use of the game allows feeds an omnipotent illusion still necessary; this space of illusion recalls the journey of the infant faced with the tension between the hallucinatory way of satisfaction and taking into account the reality principle.

EL PERDÓN Y EL DUELO: CUMPLIMIENTO DE LAS MEDIDAS DE SATISFACCIÓN ORDENADAS POR LA CORTE INTERAMERICANA DE DERECHOS HUMANOS RESPECTO DE COLOMBIA

La jurisprudencia de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos humanos ha permitido ampliar el espectro de la reparación integral, a partir de inclusión de componentes no patrimoniales como verdaderas medidas de satisfacción y reparación. Resulta fundamental establecer estrategias de seguimiento desde la sociedad civil y la academia que complementen la labor de seguimiento hecha por la Corte Interamericana, pues en la práctica se ha evidenciado que el cumplimiento cabal de las sentencia se prolonga en el tiempo al punto que para la víctima, el proceso adelantando ante una instancia internacional es solo una parte de la gran batalla que debe estar dispuesta a seguir afrontando para lograr la reparación efectiva de sus derechos.

A Influência da Motivação na Produtividade do Trabalho na Representação Comercial

The aim of this work is to analyze the motivational factors of employees and the influence that this motivation generates the company’s productivity, identify the motivational factors and that the company offers to motivate your employees, and propose new strategies and alternatives for motivation of employees in the workplace. The methods of descriptive research were used, applied and explanatory. For data collection was used a questionnaire with six employees, this served to suggest changes and innovative strategies in the company under study. As for the results found in the survey, it was found that employees consider the company a good workplace, and that it provides ways of satisfaction and motivation for employees, where leadership can be a major factor to be observed.

Transformation of Sexual and Matrimonial Behavior of Tajik Labour Migrants in Russia

This research targets at revealing the influence of labor migration on the transformation of family relations, sexual and matrimonial behavior of the Tajikistan population. Tajikistan is one of the countries that are best known for their active sending labor migrants abroad to work. The majority of labor migrants work in the Russian Federation. The research included combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, including the statistical method, as well as quantitative sociological polls of migrants and their family members, as well as qualitative interviews of expert and migrants. The qualitative sociological poll was carried out in two countries (Russia and Tajikistan) based on two questionnaires similar by structure and coverage of the studied problems in 2012-2013. The research detected transformation of the family relations, matrimonial mindsets, and sexual behavior of the labor migrants, which affected their families and were able to affect the demographic situation in Tajikistan in the future. It is difficult to overestimate the importance of proper nutrition. According to various reports, the dependence of human health from nutrition amounts to 60�80 per cent. Analysis of the structure of food products consumption in Ukraine allowed us to come to the conclusion about the imbalance dict. The main criteria of this noncorrespondence is the lack of protein (especially of animal origin), the excess of calories from fats and carbohydrates, as well as the lack of specific nutrients such as vitamins and minerals. In spite of the continuous expansion of the market and the increase of the population purchasing power, the negative trends continue to remain. This problem is not only of a national but also of a worldwide scale. This fact motivates different experts to find out ways for satisfaction of the population needs through the assortment optimization.

Lacan e a toxicomania: efeitos da ciência sobre o corpo

Ao retomar a interrogação sobre a relação existente entre os objetos da ciência e o gozo, Lacan propõe-se também a postular, nesse contexto, o fenômeno toxicomaníaco presente no uso metódico e ordenado dos diversos produtos que vão desde os tranqüilizantes até os alucinógenos. A materialização do efeito real da ciência sobre o corpo, no caso do uso destas substâncias tóxicas, torna-se objeto de uma hipótese que se inscreve no horizonte da chamada dimensão ética do gozo. Abordar a toxicomania sob o ponto de vista ético do gozo do corpo, leva, certamente, a concebê-la como um modo particular de satisfação, distinto da dependência biológica própria de toda concepção repreensiva do problema. Esse modo de satisfação que cativa certos sujeitos é considerado uma tentativa de enfrentar as perturbações do gozo do corpo e, diante do corpo inseparável do gozo, a toxicomania poderia ser vista como um mais-gozar particular, correlativo a uma mudança operada, pela ciência, no real.
