Versatile optical devices with smaller space footprint are crucial for integrated optics. In this work, we design a dual-waveguide power splitter with adjustable splitting ratio depending on the input ports. The modulated gain and loss are imposed on two waveguides to nullify the non-adiabatic coupling using non-Hermitian shortcut to adiabaticity technique. Simulation results reveal that the length of the power splitter can be shortened to about one ninth compared to the one along the adiabatic path, meanwhile, the proposed splitter has good robustness against possible fabrication errors.
