特集： 廃棄物問題―法規制の現状と動向 先進７カ国の廃棄物に係る法規制と政策動向

1980年代後半から今日に至るまでに, 米国および西欧の主要先進国は, 廃棄物の減量化, 再資源化あるいは適正処理を促進する目的で法規制を強化する一方, 新しい廃棄物政策を発表している。これらの国の廃棄物政策には, 多くの共通点があるが, 法規制の体系や採用されている経済的手段には, 相違が見られる。
