Reducing Project Duration of An Apartment Project by Waskita Karya using Crashing Method

This study is intended to calculate the fastest completion period of an apartment project in Medan by Waskita Karya. Since, Waskita Karya is a-projectbase state owned company, it is important to maintain its quality of every running projects. Apartment Project in Medan was potentially delayed and it would lead to a penalty from its project cost around Rp. 614.627.071.968. Project duration was 42 months. Several datas were gathered such as S-Curve, number of workers, and cost structures, also interviews. From Crashing Method calculation, this study shows that this project can be reduced optimally to 39 months but it would rise the total project cost to Rp. 618.665.777.827 which equal to price addition of Rp. 4.038.705.859

Return Portofolio Optimal Menggunakan Single View Black-litterman Model dengan Pendekatan ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average)

At this time stock investment is one investment option. To obtain optimal profits a stock portfolio is needed.
 A portfolio is a combination of several shares. To form a portfolio, a model is needed to achieve an optimal portfolio. This research uses Single View Black-Litterman Model with ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) approach. The selected shares are PT. Jasa Marga (JSMR), PT. Unilever Indonesia (UNVR), and PT. Waskita Karya (WSKT).

Pemberdayaan Santri untuk Kemandirian Keuangan Ponpes melalui Fundraising & Pelatihan E-commerce

Empowerment for orphan and poor students in Islamic Boarding School Hidayatulah at Bojongilir, Bogor needs to be done by Community Engagement team of Perbanas Institute. This effort has been done by fundraising and e-commerce training in order to create financial independence of the boarding school. The methode for the fundraising is as follows: 1). Collect data on the needs of boarding schools and the students, namely personal computers (PCs) and 200 portable tables for learning process. 2).Look for funding sources from outside the campus to improve the procurement of these stuffs. 3). Submit the community engagement proposals to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of PT Waskita Karya and HIbah Ristek Dikti Program 2018. While provide assistance in e-commerce training is to support entrepreneurial activities, such as raising patin/ tilapia/catfish and making dried potatoes in packs in order to be marketed in modern way. The training was given in two stages with material themes “Digital Entrepreneur in the Industrial Age 4.0 For Students” and “How to Transact in E-commerce”. Before and after training the participants were given a test to determine the level of knowledge about e-commerce. At the end of the training a satisfaction survey was conducted on the training for the participants. This training has a positive impact on increasing the digital marketing motivation, knowledge and skills of the students.

PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (GCG) MAKRO EKONOMI SIZE TERHADAP INVESTMENT DECISION DAN VALUE OF THE FIRM DENGAN PROFITABILITAS SEBAGAI VARIBEL INTERVENING SERTA FINANCING DECISION SEBAGAI VARIABLE MODERATING (Studi Pada Perusahaan Jasan Konstruksi BUMN Yang Listed Di PT Bursa Efek Indonesia)

The purpose of this study is to analyze variables that related to investment decisions and corporate values of companies which listed at Bursa Efek Indonesia. Samples of this research are; (1) PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, (2) PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk, (3) PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, (4) PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, selected by purposive sampling. Analysis of this research using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that the effect Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on profitability, investment decision and value of the firm is significant, Macro Economy to profitability is not significant, Macro Economy to investment decision and value of the firm is significant, Size to profitability and value of the firm is significant, Size to investment decision is not significant. Profitability to investment decision and value of the firm is significant. Investment decision to value of the firm is significant. Financial decision as a moderator variable on profitability linkage to investment decision is not significant. Financial decision as a moderator variable on profitability linkage to the value of the firm is significant. Financial decision on investment decision and value of the firm is significant.

Analisis Kemampuan Rasio Likuiditas dan Profitabilitas dalam Mengukur Financial Distress

Financial distress is a condition where the results of the company's performance are unable to meet the company's obligations. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Liquidity and Profitability in measuring financial distress in PT .eterindo wahanatama Tbk and PT. Waskita Karya Tbk. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques, and for hypothesis testing is a partial statistical test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of the t test show that liquidity (CR) (X1) has an effect but not significant to financial distress, Profitability (ROA) (X2) has a significant effect on financial distress. Based on the simultaneous F test means that together Liquidity (CR) and Profitability (ROA) have no significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Based on the test of the coefficient of determination of 0.354 it can be interpreted that the effect of Liquidity (CR) and Profitability (ROA) on purchasing decisions is equal to 28.4%. The remaining 71.6% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. pada Proyek Waskita Rajawali Tower

Human resources is one of the factors that affect production in a company, Because without human company could not go on, In fact it is now up to the present time the individual human being at main asset an enterprise in administered a set of production activities, This was because human beings have thought and your moral understanding, a feeling, energy, the level of knowledge, and creativity to accomplish a purpose a public social security agency. Maximum performance can be influenced by the work safety and health. This study attempts to know how big the influence of work safety and health on performance employees on PT. Waskita Karya Waskita Rajawali Tower Project. The research was conducted between January 2018 upto May 2018. Methods used is the method quantitative , technique data collection used is a study literature and spreading the questionnaire shown to an employee on PT. Waskita Karya Waskita Rajawali Tower Project As many as 65 people. Sample selection in a non probability sampling techniques saturated sample. A method of analysis of data used was a validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression, t test and f test and the coefficients of determined. The research results show that simultaneously variable work safety and health simultaneously influences employee performance at Waskita Rajawali Tower project As much as 50.4 % while the rest influenced by the other factors that not investigated in this study. Health and Safety Analysis of Light Rail Transit Projects in Palembang

Several sports in the XVIII Asian Games will be held in Palembang city in 2018. To support activities and facilities it is necessary to support such buildings as Light Rail Transit (LRT). The city government of Palembang targets LRT construction to operate in June 2018 with a total length of 23.4 km and a 12 meter LRT road width for two lines. PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk as the implementation of LRT project development. In an effort to prevent or reduce accidents on the required development an occupational safety and health program (K3). The purpose of this study is to calculate the frequency and impact of OHS risk on the Light Rail Transit (LRT) project in Palembang. This research uses field observation and interview method, and conducting assessment based on risk assessment matrix from AS / NZS 4360: 2004 risk management standard. Matrix risk assessment methods derived from Australian Standards / New Zaeland Standards (AS / NZS) 4360: 2004 and ISO 31000: 2009. From 60 variables that have been tested previously obtained 78 factors in group L (low), 18 factors in the group Medium (M) and as many as 4 factors in group H (high).

Analisis Capital Asset Pricing Model Dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi Saham Studi Kasus: Perusahaan Yang Tergabung Di Indeks IDX30

The purpose of this study was to determine the CAPM method used in making stock investment decisions in companies incorporated in the IDX30 Index. The results of research based on the analysis of Capital Asset Pricing Model states that investment decisions made on stocks are not efficient or not good, which is to consider selling these shares. The shares that have inefficient stock evaluation are: Adhi Karya, AKR Corporindo, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Mandiri Indonesia, Bumi Serpong Damai, Charoen Phokpand, Indofood Sukses Makmur, Lippo Karawaci, Matahari Department Store, Media Nusantara Citra, Gas Company State, PP Properti, Summarecon Agung, Sawit Sumbermas Sarana and Waskita Karya. The stocks that have efficient stock evaluation are: Adaro Energy, Astra International, Bank Central Asia, Bank Negara Indonesia, Gudang Garam, HM Sampoerna, Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, IndoCement Tunggal Prakasa, Kimia Farma, Pakuwon Jati, Semen Gresik, Sri Rejeki Isman, Telekomunikasi Indonesia, United Tractors and Unilever Indonesia. Based on calculations and decisions to invest through the above CAPM method, the authors decide to invest in some companies with consideration of the company's shares affecting changes in the market with systematic risk (β) is good, have an efficient stock evaluation. The companies are Bank Central Asia, Bank Negara Indonesia, Gudang Garam, IndoCement Tunggal Prakasa, United Tractors and Unilever Indonesia.

FACTORS RELATED TO UNSAFE BEHAVIOR OF PILE WORK AT PT WASKITA KARYA (PERSERO) HIGHWAY PROJECT KLBM SECTION 2 WADUK BUNDER AREA

Background: Occupational accidents are generally caused by 2 main points of unsafe action and unsafe condition. Several previous studies have shown that unsafe behavior significantly affects the onset of occupational accidents. Purpose: The purpose of this research was to study the factors associated with unsafe behavior expected to prevent the occurrence of occupational accidents. Methods: This research was an observational analitical one with cross sectional design and using questionnaire to obtain primary data. The variables studied were personal factors (age, education, knowledge of Occupational, Safety and Health (OSH), fatigue and unsafe behavior. The samples of this research were 39 respondents taken randomly from population (43 workers) who were pile workers in PT Waskita Karya (Persero), Tbk KLBM Toll Project Section 2 Area Waduk Bunder. Data analysis in this research used spearman statistic test. Result: The result showed that from 39 respondents, 33 respondents (84.61%) did unsafe behavior in medium category and 6 respondents (15,39%) did unsafe behavior in high category. Of the four variables studied, researcher obtained that the value of correlation coefficient of age with unsafe behavior is -3.323, knowledge K3 with unsafe behavior is -0,545. While education and fatigue had no correlation with unsafe behavior. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the higher the age the lower the unsafe behavior or vice versa, the higher the level of knowledge of OSH the lower the unsafe behavior or vice versa.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORKER'S CHARACTERISTIC AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON ACCIDENT OCCURRENCE IN PT WASKITA KARYA (PERSERO)

Background: Workplace accidents are accidents related to company activities that may occur during work and on the way to or from work. Occupational accidents occur are influenced by several factors namely the characteristics of workers, work environment and management. Purpose: This study was analyze the description of the relationship between worker's characteristic factors and work environment on accident occurrence in PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk KLBM Toll Project Zone 2 in Bunder Reservoir area on iron fabrication section. Methods: This was an observational descriptive research with cross sectional approach. The number of respondents were 54 respondents spread in seven areas. The collected data analyzed by using frequency distribution and continued by contingency coefficient test (C) to find out how strong the relationship between the two variables. Result: The results showed that respondents who have experienced the incidence of occupational accidents were 25 respondents (46.3%). Of the five variables studied, the description of the age relationship, level of knowledge, and compliance work instructions with the incidence of work accidents were quite strong and strong with the value of C respectively for 0.434, 0.434 and 0.509. While the picture of attitude and housekeeping relationship with the incidence of work accident was very weak. Conclusion: In conclusion, it was summarized that the younger the respondent’s age, the less the respondent’s knowledge and the less respondents obedience over the work instruction will affect to the higher frequency of accidents. It is recommended that the company promote the safety briefing program before starting work and provide training especially for young respondents and those with less knowledge. GENERALIZED PARETO DISTRIBUTION UNTUK PENGUKURAN VALUE AT RISK PADA PORTOFOLIO SAHAM SYARIAH DAN APLIKASINYA MENGGUNAKAN GUI MATLAB

The capital market is one of long-term investment alternative. One of the traded products is stock, including sharia stock. The risk measurement is an important thing for investor in other that can decrease investment loss. One of the popular methods now is Value at Risk (VaR). There are many financial data that have heavy tailed, because of extreme values, so Value at Risk Generalized Pareto Distribution is used for this case. This research also result a Matlab GUI programming application that can help users to measure the VaR. The purpose of this research is to analyze VaR with GPD approach with GUI Matlab for helping the computation in sharia stock. The data that is used in this case are PT XL Axiata Tbk, PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, dan PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk on January, 2nd 2017 until May, 31st 2017. The results of VaRGPD are: EXCL single stock VaR 8,76% of investment, WSKT single stock VaR 4% of investment, CPIN single stock VaR 5,86% of investment, 2 assets portfolio (EXCL and WSKT) 4,09% of investment, 2 assets portfolio (EXCL and CPIN) 5,28% of investment, 2 assets portfolio (WSKT and CPIN) 3,68% of investment, and 3 assets portfolio (EXCL, WSKT, and CPIN) 3,75% of investment. It can be concluded that the portfolios more and more, the risk is smaller. It is because the possibility of all stocks of the company dropped together is small. The influence of organizational culture and job design on job commitment and human resource performance

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between Job Design, Job Commitment and Organizational Culture with Human Resource Performance: a study of the construction services provided by national consultants.Design/methodology/approachThe research population consisted of all employees of a national company offering consultation services, from four big Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises Contractors: PT. Yodya Karya Company, PT. Hutama Karya, PT. Adhy Karya, PT. Waskita Karya Referring to the approach to SEM modeling with an average population of 600 employees for each enterprises, the sample to be used as respondents consisted of 100 employees for each enterprises, and total 100×4 enterprises=400 samples.FindingsThe variables Organizational Culture and Job Design have a significant direct effect on Job Commitment. Likewise, the effect of Organizational Culture and Job Commitment on Human Resource Performance is also significant. However, a different result is shown in the result of the direct effect of the variable Job Design on the variable Human Resource Performance, which indicates that the variable Job Design does not have a significant direct effect on the variable Human Resource Performance. In other words, the intensity of the Job Design value will not affect the intensity level of Human Resource Performance. In addition, a mediating effect of the variable Job Commitment is found on the effect of Job Design and Organizational Culture on Human Resource Performance.Originality/valueThe use of Job Commitment to exercise a mediation effect on the relationship between the effect of Job Design and Organizational Culture on Human Resource Performance, and the research site (no previous research investigating this relationship).

Application of selection and estimation regular vine copula on go public company share

The accuracy of financial risk management involving a large number of assets is needed, but information about dependencies among assets cannot be adequately analyzed. To analyze dependencies on a number of assets, several tools have been added to standard multivariate copula. However, these tools have not been adequately used in apps with higher dimensions. The bivariate parametric copula families can be used to solve it. The multivariate copula can be built from the bivariate parametric copula which is connected by a graphical representation to become Pair Copula Constructions (PCCs) or vine copula. The application of C-vine and D-vine copula have been used in some researches, but the use of C-vine and D-vine copula is more limited than R-vine copula. Therefore, this study used R-vine copula to provide flexibility for modeling complex dependencies on a high dimension. Since copula is a static model, while stock values change over time, then copula should be combined with the ARMA- GARCH model for modeling the movement of shares (volatility). The objective of this paper is to select and estimate R-vine copula which is used to analyze PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR), PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT), and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) from august 31, 2014 to august 31, 2017. From the method it is obtained that the selected copulas for 2 edges at the first tree are survival Gumbel and the copula for edge at the second tree is Gaussian.

Portfolio return using Black-litterman single view model with ARMA-GARCH and Treynor Black model

AbstrackEstablishing an optimal portfolio is a method that can help investors to minimize risk and optimize profits. Some models for optimal portfolio include Black-litterman Model and Treynor Black Model. The Black-litterman Model combines the elements of historical data and views of investors to form a new prediction of the portfolio as the basis for the preparation of weighted asset models. Predicted views in this study using time series ARMA-GARCH. The stock return data mostly have high volatility causing heteroscedasticity problems, so the GARCH model is chosen to overcome the problem. Treynor Black Model is active and passive portfolio. An active portfolio is that investors allocate their investment funds to individual securities in the capital market, while passive portfolios are investors allocating their investment funds to the stock market indices. In this research we will use Treynor-Black Model with active portfolio, so that investors can choose stock according to their allocation of funds. The purpose of this research is to form the weight of Black-litterman model portfolio with a single view investor using ARMA-GARCH and compare the profit result obtained from the formation of portfolio Black-litterman Model and Treynor-Black Model. The selected shares are PT. Bank BCA (BBCA), PT. Gudang Garam (GGRM), and PT. Waskita Karya (WSKT).

ANALISIS KETERKAITAN PENGAKUAN PENDAPATAN DAN LABA PADA PERUSAHAAN KONSTRUKSI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

This study aimed to determine the effect of operating income recognition on the income statement. The data used were secondary data in form of the income statements of construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2013 to 2016. The objects in this study were selected based on the highest profit value and were taken 3 companies as the sample. This study uses descriptive analysis as data analysis. The results showed that the three companies, namely PT Pembangunan Perumahan, PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk, and PT Waskita Karya Tbk, measured their income by using the percentage settlement method and each had a different level of income each year and were in accordance with the applicable accounting standars namely Standard Statement Financial Accounting (PSAK No. 34).

Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan (ISO 14001.2004) Pada Proses Konstruksi Gedung Kantor Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) Provinsi Riau

Construction of the new office building for Public Work Department based on condition of the old building on Riau Street no. 1 Pekanbaru that cannot accommodate official activities, narrow area include with the cause of the traffic jamming in the intersection at Jenderal AhmadYani street.The Government of Riau Province through Public Work Department plans a new modern building office, and becomes the first building in Sumatra that applies green building concept. The aim of the research is to describes perseption from all who mixed up in the project to the application of ISO 14001.2004 and to analizes the application performance during the construction. The primary data is taken by range survey in the project site, the sample is taken by purposive sampling from the owner, consultant, and contractor population. From the research known that 48% respondents clarify the data is formally appropriate and perfectly fullfill the criteria in determine the principals of ISO 14001, while 46% clarify that some of those principals needs to be enhanced and 6% respondents clarify that there is unappropriation in the application. In the process of the building construction, PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) as the contractor has no satisfaction performance inenviromental management system yet, considering that PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) has low performance in some of the principals of ISO 14001.2004.

Analisis Penerapan Program PKBL Berdasarkan Prinsip Umum Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Studi Kasus pada PT Waskita Karya

This research aims to analyse whether the implementation of PKBL program at PT Waskita Karya comply with general principles of CSR and Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN No. PER-05/MBU/2007, and to know whether the implementation report of PKBL at PT Waskita Karya comply with those principles. The method used in this research is descriptive method with content analysis approach by analysing the implementation and reporting of social responsibility,. The results of this research show that PT Waskita Karya is already has done its PKBL. But the implementation did not comply with GRI Guidelines and PKBL Report is not a Social Responsibility Report mentioned in UU No. 40 Tahun 2007. The recommendations are PT Waskita Karya should fill its Working and Budget Plan in compliance with Permen BUMN No. PER-05/MBU/2007, do more various events on its Program Bina Lingkungan and learn more CSR issues in GRI Guidelines so that Program Bina Lingkungan PT Waskita Karya could be equal with CSR.
