MODERN TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGIES OF WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS IN DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSPORT CORRIDORS

The situations that have arisen have strictly introduced new rules of the game in the economy. Against the backdrop of Western sanctions, it was logistics that was the first to fail, since it connects transport and its components with each other-this is their synthesis. The article analyzes the functions of warehouse and logistics logistics in Russia in modern market conditions and the development trends from the transition to e-commerce. The development of warehouse services and the transformation of warehouse logistics into transport and logistics centers (TLC) are described. The concept of «outsourcing» as a modern logistics service and its legal regulation are touched upon. Emphasis is placed on the distinction between an outsourcing agreement and an employment contract. The dynamics of construction of new warehouse space with developed high-tech warehouse equipment is indicated. An assessment is made of the prospects for the development of integrated logistics services, taking into account transport and logistics centers. The most important trends in current warehouse real estate, as well as the prospects for investment in warehouse real estate, are considered. Action plans for the development of the Eurasian economic economy were discussed, taking into account the integration of transport and logistics centers into new transport corridors.

СУТЬ І СТРУКТУРА ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ МАЙБУТНІХ ТЕХНІКІВ З ТРАНСПОРТНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ ТА УПРАВЛІННЯ ПЕРЕВЕЗЕННЯМИ НА АВТОМОБІЛЬНОМУ ТРАНСПОРТІ

The relevance of the article is due to the need to define and substantiate the essence and structure of the economic culture of future technicians in transport technologies and transportation management in road transport, to reveal the content of each component of the structure of economic culture, as well as to determine the key factors that contribute to its formation in the process of professional training of future technicians in transport technologies technologies and management of road transport. The purpose of the article is to determine the essence and structure of the economic culture of future technicians in transport technologies and management of road transport. Methods: the study of scientific sources regarding the interpretation of the essence of the concept "economic culture of the culture of future technicians in transport technologies and management of transportation by road transport" - to formulate one's own views on defining the content of this phenomenon; structural-component analysis - to distinguish the components of the economic culture of future technicians in transport technologies and transportation management by road transport; generalization and systematization - and formulation of conclusions and prospects for further research. Results: the main approaches in scientific sources to the interpretation of the concept of "economic culture of future technicians in transport technologies and management of road transport" were determined; the main components of the structure of economic culture and the components of the formation of the economic culture of future technicians in transport technologies and management of road transport are characterized. Conclusions: the essence of the economic culture of future technicians in transport technologies and transportation management in road transport is an integrative formation of the personality of a specialist, reflecting a system of professionally important qualities, values, knowledge, abilities and skills in planning technologies for the organization of transportation, providing transport and warehouse services, using resource potential for development transport enterprises in market conditions; characterized by a high degree of discipline, responsibility, independence with an awareness of the priorities of economic culture in the performance of professional tasks. The component structure of the economic culture of technicians in transport technologies and transportation management in road transport includes motivational-value, innovative-cognitive, activity-technological, personal-reflexive.

One exciting innovation relevant to the research context is the current K-Pop phenomenon that has penetrated the field of intercultural business communication and involves transactions from two or more countries. Because of that, this research aims to find out how intercultural business communication occurs in the context of global business among K-Pop fans. The informant in this study is one of the K-Pop merchandise warehouse service providers in Indonesia. This research is qualitative research with a case study method. Data collection methods were obtained through interviews with informants. The results of this study show the importance of culture in business communication adaptation to overcome cultural differences in global business and also admit the challenges faced, such as language differences, business norms, and technological barriers

A decision-making framework for determinants of an organisation’s readiness for smart warehouse

Demanding, competitive business dynamics drive organisations to continually evaluate and adopt automation in their structural setups, particularly warehouses, for growth and profitability. Industry 4.0 technologies are revolutionising warehouse operations, resulting in cost savings, increased efficiency, and a more environmentally friendly approach for businesses. The readiness of organisations to adopt these technologies is evaluated with the help of hard and soft determinants selected through a theoretical framework of Technology–Organisation-Environment (TOE). In this study, a unique method is used that combines the Modified Delphi method, content validity for scale validation, expert opinion consensus tests for agreement, ranking determinants using the Best Worst Method (BWM), and rank validation through sensitivity analysis for warehousing industry experts and organisations. Warehouse service providers who convert their warehouses into smart modes to serve fast-moving consumer goods companies in Tier-2 cities are chosen for the structural framework. Results present the role of the ‘operational efficiency of technology’, ‘top management’, ‘employee’s education’, and ‘technical background’ as the most effective driving determinants. This research provides valuable information to researchers and managers trying to upgrade their warehouse into a smart warehouse.

THE ROLE OF THE FUND IN THE PRESERVATION OF MUSEUM EXHIBITS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN)

The article presents information about the warehouse service of the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its daily working hours, preparation of accounting documents, expert opinions on the received objects. The museum fund consists of permanent storage, collecting and accounting departments. The main ploicy of the fund is grouping, systematization, formation and preservation of cultural values of Kazakhstan in the museum collection which is the part of significant activities of the museum.
 It can be clear that the preservation of relics in the museums, taking account all conditions, is the most significant thing necessary for the survival of the country, its unique features and unique nature for future generations. Because it is known that the spiritual nature of any nation is reflected in its material world. Museums are the main storage of the country`s rich cultural heritage and artistic treasures.
 Museums are the major custodians of the rich cultural heritage and art treasures of the country. The work of the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan are directed to the implementation of the main mission is – the preservation and wide promotion of the valuable heritage of the Republic of Kazakhstan. While doing research on the article, the following functions within the museum as collecting, storage, scientific-research work, restoration work depend on it. At the same time, the aspect of the National Museum is considered and disclosed information about the heritage in the space of museums of the world for the preservation of the cultural heritage of ancient times.
 At the same time, there will be revealed the role of the National Museum in the space of world museums in the preservation of cultural heritage of ancient times and information on heritage.
 Materials and methods of research: The research materials were museum objects, on the basis of which one of the methods of replenishing funds was revealed - the «Gift to the Museum» campaign. In this regard, during the study, based on the scientific principle of historicism, museum activities and the characteristics of the objects included in the museum collection were revealed and described using historical-typological, historical-systemic methods.

The impact of resource sharing on the design of multi-client warehouses

Third-party logistics (3PL) services are essential in many supply chains and aim at providing flexible and cost-effective transport and warehouse solutions. This study focuses on Warehouse Service Providers (WSPs) with shared, multi-client warehouses. We investigate how the main internal resources should be shared among clients. We focus on labor (order pickers and sorters) and pick storage space (zones) as the main internal resources in the order picking process in such a warehouse. We evaluate different possible resource-sharing configurations and develop a model to find the configuration that can satisfy set service-level agreements at minimum cost. The cost consists of labor and space cost, whereas the service-level requirements are based on the mean and tail of the order-throughput-time distribution. The results show that whether to share the resources or not highly depends on the clients’ characteristics, such as the order demand rate. Generally, for low-demand clients, sharing all the resources is optimal, whereas for high-demand clients, dedicating all resources is preferred. In addition, the decision to share resources depends on the warehouse’s characteristics, similarities between clients’ product and order picking characteristics. The findings of this article provide valuable insights for WSPs to minimize cost, while meeting the service-level requirements of clients by optimally selecting the warehouse configuration. This may, in turn, benefit their clients by offering better pricing policies to them, which can also be a compelling selling point, ultimately contributing to business growth and attracting more clients.

The impact of warehouse services on spatial and intra‐temporal agricultural market integration: The case of the Ethiopian commodity exchange's warehouse services

AbstractThe Ethiopian commodity exchange market (ECX) was launched in 2008, and since then it has rolled out warehouse services for various commodities in different markets. In this study, our objective is to examine the effect of ECX's warehouse services on spatial and intra‐temporal integration of agricultural markets. To this effect, we apply the difference‐in‐difference approach on monthly retail price collected from sample markets. The results show that the warehouse service provision is associated with improved spatial market integration for chickpea and haricot bean, but not in the case of soya bean, sesame, and coffee. The results further show the warehouse service has no statistically significant impact on intra‐temporal market integration except for sesame. The implications of the study results are discussed. ANALISIS PERHITUNGAN DESAIN LAYOUT GUDANG SPAREPART KAPAL PADA KANTOR CABANG MERAK - BAKAUHEUNI PT. ASDP

PT ASDP is a company engaged in the field of water transportation. Its main function is to provide access to inter-island public transportation as well as transportation access to areas that do not yet have crossings. Maintenance of ships at PT. ASDP is a must, so the speed of warehouse services in providing spare parts is important. Currently, the spare parts storage warehouse belongs to a third party (BGR warehouse) which shows a large accumulation of goods. This will result in damage if the spare part has a limited-service life and an increase in warehouse rental costs on third parties. Therefore, PT ASDP plans to transfer its spare parts to branch warehouses in Merak and Bakauheuni. This study aims to determine the layout design of the ship spare parts warehouse for PT ASDP branch offices in Merak and Bakauheuni using the class-based storage method, along with the calculation of the needs of using racks and bins. The result of the study is the layout design of the Bakauheni and Merak branch warehouses along with racking and bin needs that can be used as a reference for PT. ASDP in simplifying the process of inbound and outbound spare parts.

A relax-and-restrict matheuristic for supply chain network design with facility location and customer due date flexibility

In this paper, we study a supply chain network design problem that takes into account several real-world features. Focusing on the growing use of third-party warehouse services, the paper discusses the creation of a network that can adjust to the needs of businesses to enhance operational flexibility and resource utilization. Moreover, it addresses the challenge of delivery date flexibility where the conventional single-day delivery is replaced with a range of possible delivery dates. Considering these two types of flexibility, we formulate a supply chain network design problem that includes all production, inventory, location, and distribution decisions. We propose a solution approach called the relax-and-restrict matheuristic. This approach iteratively solves three versions of the model: two relaxed versions and a restricted one. Through a series of computational experiments, we highlight the efficiency of the proposed method. Furthermore, managerial insights are presented on the role of flexibility in supply chain network design and how it relates to economies of scale. The results demonstrate how synergistic effects between two types of flexibility improve logistics performance by achieving cost-effectiveness.

MODERN CONDITION AND DIRECT DEVELOPMENT OF WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS

Warehouse logistics plays an increasingly important role in the activities of enterprises and modern society in general. Warehouses are used both by manufacturing enterprises to store raw materials, materials and products ready for shipment, and by trading companies that store finished products there. The optimality of the work of industrial enterprises, the speed of turnover in trading companies, as well as the level of customer satisfaction depend on the efficiency of warehouse management. To organize an effective business, you need to be able to properly manage resources, flows and means. The main element of warehouse logistics is a warehouse, the purpose of which in modern conditions is no longer the storage of goods, it is transformed into a transshipment point for the provision of modern services of cross-docking, assembly, consolidation, sorting, labeling of goods in order to minimize the costs of transportation and storage of goods and reducing delivery time. This article analyzes modern warehouse logistics management mechanisms and examines its main types. It was determined that the growth of the consumer society and the rapid development of electronic commerce require innovative solutions to ensure higher warehousing efficiency. The world and Ukrainian market of warehouse services and its growth rates were also analyzed. The impact of digital transformation on requirements for warehouse logistics management is determined. On the basis of the research carried out, directions for the development of warehouse logistics in the modern world were identified.

Управление складской логистикой с организацией частичного фулфилмента в системе смешанных перевозок

The management of warehouse logistics of the production and commercial organization is studied. Possible risks and reasons for slowing down the pace of development are identified, risks and threats to the logistics flow are demonstrated, the place of logistics competencies in the multimodal transportation system is determined, an evaluation system of warehouse logistics indicators, parameters and units of measurement of each direction of warehouse competence is developed. The role of partial fulfillment of logistics competencies of multimodal transportation in the structure of warehouse logistics is determined. The developed indicators of accounting and evaluation of warehouse logistics activities are proposed to ensure transparency and timely response to both external and internal changes, including taking into account the dynamics of growth or the seasonal nature of the influence of these factors. This makes it possible to ensure full control of the functional logistics competence of the organization in terms of warehouse logistics and optimally redistribute resources to achieve maximum results, as well as to obtain the best performance indicators when comparing data. The analysis of the system of indicators of the efficiency of warehouse logistics, logistics costs in relation to the achieved results of own warehouse competencies and fulfillment of warehouse services, the economic justification of partial fulfillment are presented. The scheme of the optimal management structure of warehouse logistics processes is proposed. The substantiation of the optimal choice and the results of the synergetic effect for both the production and commercial organization and the end user is presented.

The role of transport and logistics systems in AIC development

The goal – ways to improve the work of agricultural transport, taking into account the dynamic characteristics: freight turnover, transportation distance along the routes. Methods – comparative, system analysis, mathematical modeling. Results – economic and mathematical model of transport services and creation of optimal variant of organization of transportation operations are presented, which will reduce their cost in agro-industrial complex, reduce raw material costs, increase the efficiency of transport operation, maximize the use of storage space parameters and guarantee the necessary conditions for saving, reduce supplies costs and maximize inventory turnover. The technique of constructing a structural economic model for forecasting the volume of financial receipts from transportation of goods is considered. The logistics process is shown, which is coordinating the activities of purchasing service of enterprises, warehouse services, and production. Regularities are revealed that take into account the control over the receipt of stocks and supply of goods, rhythm of processing cargo flows. Approaches to the provision of transport operations with definition of the main economic and organizational principles and features are proposed. It has been established that the quality and initial cost of agricultural products are influenced by various factors, the most important of which is the timing and conditions of its transportation. Procurement coordination is carried out in the process of supplying resources and with the help of supply control. The main task is to match storage capacities with the possibility of processing products for a given period with full satisfaction of consumer requests. Conclusions – the formation of a network of transport and logistics systems in the regions is needed for the growth of economy of Kazakhstan and can attract additional cargo flows, investments, and create new jobs.

Green warehouse performance monitoring system design using analytical hierarchy process and supply chain operation reference

The use of logistics service providers in Indonesia progressively increasing from year to year, especially XYZ company as warehouse service providers with main activity are product distribution and storage of finished good. Currently, the XYZ company uses a web-based system to record products in warehouse activities, but this system has not been able to measure and evaluate warehouse performance. In addition, the company has large operating cost caused by product handling costs and warehouse operating costs. In this study, a monitoring system was designed that can measure and evaluate warehouse performance to be a sustainable warehouse. Therefore, this study integrates Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) by considering green warehousing criteria. The weighting of importance level of each criteria using AHP method results in make criteria getting a weighted score (0.421), plan (0.213), deliver (0.152), source (0.119), return (0.064), and environment (0.032). The results of the scoring system using OMAX show that 7 KPIs are included in the green category, yellow category (11 KPIs), and red category (10 KPIs). Total value the company's green warehouse performance index is 11.15 which indicates that overall warehouse performance has not reached expected performance based on Traffic Light System Method.

A Hybrid Data-Mining Algorithm and Data-Driven Supply Chain Modeling for Allocation Goods to Warehouses and Warehouse Service to Customers

در این پژوهش، موضوع تخصیص کالا در شرایطی که تنوع کالا و تعداد مشتریان زیاد است، مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. گسترش سطح دسترسی به اینترنت و افزایش میل به خرید آنلاین، تعداد مشتریان را افزایش داده است. در شرایطی که تنوع کالا و تعداد مشتریان زیاد است، حل مسائلی مانند تحویل به موقع کالا یا خدمات، انتخاب و تعیین سفارش‌ها در انبارهای غیر متمرکز و موضوع تخصیص انبار به مشتریان دشوار است. برای حل این چالش‌ها، استفاده از مدل‌سازی ریاضی با روش‌های حل فراابتکاری پیشنهاد شده است. اما به دلیل تعداد زیاد حالت‌های تخصیص، حل مدل‌های ریاضی بسیار پیچیده و زمانبر است. با بهبود قدرت محاسباتی و فضای ذخیره سازی، روش‌های مبتنی بر داده برای حل این چالش‌ها توسط محققان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. در این تحقیق، یک راه‌حل ترکیبی مبتنی بر داده که از داده‌کاوی و مدل سازی‌ریاضی استفاده می‌کند، تا تنوع کالاها و تعداد مشتریان را مدیریت کند، پیشنهاد شده است که در زمان کمتری مدل‌های ریاضی تخصیص را با دقت بالا، حل می‌کند. این روش روی داده‌های «دیجی کالا» پیاده سازی شده است.

Research on Location Selection of Pre-warehouses Based on Extended CFLP Model

The warehousing logistics mode of “pre-warehouse plus terminal distribution” is a decentralized resource allocation scheme around the logistics industry at the end of distribution, supporting the development of New Retail, a data-driven extensive retail form centered on consumer experience. Firstly, taking the stand-alone pre-warehouse as the research object, this paper analyzed the distribution characteristics of new retail fresh goods, the consumption structure of demand and the functional characteristics of the pre-warehouse. Secondly, the extended CFLP (Capacitated Facility Location Problem) model was established with processing fee, freshness loss, time penalty and warehouse service capacity. In addition, the one-to-one distribution relationship between demand point and storage facilities in the traditional CFLP model was changed to many-to-many in order to improve the overall facility utilization. Finally, an improved coding genetic algorithm was adopted to solve the nonlinear mixed 0-1 programming model. Therefore, location, matching and distribution volume were showed at the same time. The results of the example demonstrated that the model gave priority to meet the timeliness and fully utilized the facility capacity.

Feasibility Analysis for Investment of Cargo Village Development in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport

The sector of world air cargo industry has become broader becoming one of the most integral parts of the global economy, as a significant airport company in Indonesia, PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero), AP2, builds Cargo Village of the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport to provide the best air cargo service providers to meet the competition in the global market. This research aims to investigate the most suitable Construction Staging scenario of the Cargo Village construction project for investment decision by using business issue analysis and financial analysis. This study uses mixed methodology, a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. The qualitative method in this study aims to assess the external conditions and AP2 resources, by TOWS Analysis method. Meanwhile, quantitative research methods are used to conducting Financial Feasibility in form of Capital Budgeting Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for several scenarios of development staging. The result shows that AP2 continuously improves its capabilities and core competencies as the internal strength to balance the threat from outside the company and is prepared to start taking advantage of the opportunity available from the external environment to gain more knowledge to take a new step for comprehensive cargo business. the construction of Cargo Village is feasible to be done by the three scenarios of development staging. This research found that Development scenario of finishing the construction on the main cargo terminal building, which has the biggest investment cost prior to the construction of warehouse and additional services such as perishable and transhipment, gives the best result with the largest value of NPV & IRR and less payback period.

Fungsi Gudang Transit dan Pendistribusian Barang Kebutuhan Kapal Charter

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of Freight Forwarding and warehouse services on the distribution of goods needed for vessels to chartered vessels. The method used a quantitative method with the data analysis of multiple linear regression, coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test). From the analysis and discussion results, there is a proportional relationship between Freight Forwarding services and Transit Warehouse to the distribution of goods which is indicated by the multiple linear regression equation of Y = 6.972 + 0.917 X1 + 0.083 X2. The coefficient determination is 67.9%. The result of the hypothesis test simultaneously shows that the value of F_count = 28.546 is more than F_table = 3.35 because F_count is greater than F_table. It means, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In conclusion, there is a positive influence between Freight Forwarding services and Transit Warehouse on the distribution of goods.

The assembly of the hull of integrated circuits

It is shown how IC assembly technologies are implemented on lines and sets of equipment as part of an automated shop, the structure of which includes: complexes of main, service and backup equipment, automated warehouse, and tool and repair services. The use of computer technology and vision systems in the equipment ensure the ability of assembly machines to self-learning and allow for quick changeover of automated sections of the shop for the assembly of various types of IC in buildings of a wide range.

Research on display system for agricultural science and technology support data based on Microsoft data warehouse

Based on the introduction of Microsoft data warehouse service and related software architecture, in order to solve the problems of slow analysis queries caused by the great amount of the original data, complex classification and wide scope, the display system for agricultural science and technology support data was presented in this paper. In proposed system, agricultural science and technology support data were showed clearly and intuitively.
