In the education and teaching of vocational colleges, innovation and entrepreneurship competitions are of utmost importance. They can reflect students’ innovation and entrepreneurship abilities and the evaluation results can also help to continuously improve and perfect innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges. Therefore, it is necessary to vigorously build a comprehensive evaluation system for innovation and entrepreneurship competitions in order to improve the level and effectiveness of vocational talent cultivation. Therefore, in the paper, an in-depth exploration was conducted on the construction and practice of the evaluation system for innovation and entrepreneurship competitions in vocational colleges and corresponding improvement suggestions were proposed to strengthen the effectiveness of the evaluation system construction for innovation and entrepreneurship competitions in vocational colleges.

A Survey on the Current Situation and Improvement Path of Positive Psychological Quality among Vocational Undergraduate Students

Vocational undergraduate education has a clear vocational education attribute, carrying the heavy burden of delivering excellent vocational talents to society. Psychological health education in vocational undergraduate colleges must deepen positive educational concepts, stimulate students’ potential, cultivate positive and upward psychological qualities, and effectively achieve a balanced education. At present, research on the positive psychological qualities of vocational colleges’ undergraduate students is mostly at the theoretical level, with little empirical or practical research. This article mainly focuses on the first to fourth-year students of a vocational undergraduate college in Jinan City, analyzes the current status of their positive psychological qualities, and reveals the influence of demographic variables on the positive psychological qualities of vocational undergraduate students. The study proposes targeted new paths to enhance the positive psychological qualities of vocational undergraduate students, further enriching empirical research on the cultivation of positive psychological qualities.

Path Exploration of Digital Media Top Talent Training System in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching

Research & practice of digital technology to boost the reform of English teaching in secondary vocational schools in key counties

There are many researches on the education reform of primary and secondary schools and universities in China, but there is almost no research on the reform of English teaching in secondary vocational education of key national minority counties in Guangxi. This paper discusses the introduction of innovative English classroom teaching models and teaching methods in developed areas, promoting the application of digital technology in secondary vocational English teaching, focusing on the reform of student-centered classroom teaching model, and improves the English learning performance and English level of secondary vocational students in key counties supported by the Nation. This article has mainly used data literature summarization, empirical research method, comparative analysis methods. It can get the result that basing on the requirements of secondary vocational talents under the background of digital age, this thesis extracts the core elements of improving the quality and level of English teaching in secondary vocational schools and carries out effective classroom teaching reform. There is practical significance for the new measures to improve the level of minority secondary vocational education and promote educational equity.

Exploration of Talent Cultivation Strategies for Higher Vocational Industry-Teaching Integration under the Orientation of Career Trajectory Portrait

Abstract The fusion of industry and education plays a pivotal role in optimizing talent training structures, facilitating the conversion of scientific and technological achievements, and driving the upgrade and high-quality growth of the economy. This study applies a clustering algorithm, a form of data mining, to categorize students based on personality traits, learning capabilities, and career preferences. This categorization aids vocational institutions in selecting suitable corporate partners for training programs. Furthermore, we introduce a collaborative filtering algorithm to establish a bipartite graph that matches the attributes of students and companies. This approach enhances the practical skills of students and supports the strategic integration of industry and education in talent development. After the experimental research, it was found that after the implementation of the senior industry-teaching integration talent cultivation measurement rate, the average score of the higher vocational education improvement status is 4.20, the average score of the industry’s satisfaction with the higher vocational is 3.35, and the average score of the higher vocational talent cultivation characteristics is 4.41, which indicates that the industry-teaching integration education model constructed in this paper can effectively promote the formation of the characteristics of the higher vocational schooling and talent cultivation. By integrating industry teaching, this paper’s parenting model can help change the vocational faculty structure and improve student employment rates.

Research on the innovation of the meta-universe vocational talent training model from the perspective of resource dependence theory

With the proposal of “accelerating digital development and building digital China”, China is doing its best to lay out the transformation and upgrading of education digitization and intelligence. The rapid development of frontier technology has promoted the change of industry-education integration in vocational education. Combining with the background of the meta-universe era, we introduce resource dependency theory to analyze the relationship between society, universities, and government in talent training mode. The frontier technologies such as virtual reality, artificial intelligence, big data, digital twin, etc. are used to explore the integration model and opportunities of vocational education industry-education integration, while innovative descriptions and creative imaginations are made for the future talent cultivation model of metaverse vocational education industry-education integration. Based on the resource dependency theory, the relationship between the metaverse and the integration of industry and education in vocational education is revealed based on “how to cultivate cross-border talents in the metaverse”. There are more possibilities for classroom teaching in vocational education supported by new equipment and cutting-edge technology, which is important for innovative ways of talent cultivation, exploring new modes of talent cultivation, and establishing strategic layouts of talent cultivation.

The cultivation path of vocational talents in rural revitalization industry based on multidimensional data analysis method in the context of industry-education integration

Abstract This paper firstly analyzes the demand for industrial technical talents and industrial vocational talents training specifications for rural revitalization and proposes a vocational talents training model for the rural revitalization industry based on the integration of industry and education. Secondly, a multidimensional talent training evaluation index system is constructed, and then a network hierarchy analysis of the evaluation index system is conducted using algorithms such as evaluation matrix, entropy value method and game theory combination assignment. Finally, quantitative data analysis was carried out on the indicator weights and the evaluation of indicators using County A of City B as an example. The results show that the overall score of the talent cultivation index evaluation system in County A is 79.96, among which the evaluation scores of first-level indicators are 16.73, 10.56, 21.42, 7.89, 17.06 and 6.30.

Research on the Logical Path of Talent Calculating in China's High Level Vocational Colleges based on Grounded Theory

This paper takes the logical path based on grounded theory as the theoretical framework to study the logical path construction of talent cultivation in China's high-level vocational colleges. Through literature review and practical case analysis, this paper discusses the concept and characteristics of high-level vocational talent calculating and the application of Grounded theory in talent calculating. Research has found that the cultivation of high-level vocational talents requires attention to practical teaching and practical ability cultivation, advocating for students' subjectivity and self-directed learning, and building a diversified practical environment and resource support. Collaboration with enterprises and industries is one of the key factors, and evaluation and continuous improvement are also necessary links. Teacher calculating and development play an important role in talent cultivation. the main contribution of this study is to put forward the enlightenment of the logical path based on grounded theory on the cultivation of high-level vocational talents. These inspirations include emphasizing practical teaching, advocating for student autonomy and self-directed learning, building a diversified practical environment and resource support, strengthening cooperation with enterprises and industries, emphasizing evaluation and continuous improvement, and teacher calculating and development. Exploring Overseas Education: The Role and Challenges of Higher Vocational Colleges in the "Belt and Road" Framework

This study explores the development trends of overseas education in higher vocational colleges in the context of the "Belt and Road" initiative. Firstly, it introduces the "Belt and Road" initiative as an important framework for international cooperation, aiming to promote economic cooperation and connectivity among countries along the route. Subsequently, it discusses the basic situation of overseas education in higher vocational colleges, including development stages, policy formulation, establishment of communication platforms, and advantages. The study examines the impact of the development environment for overseas education, including China's modernization planning in education and policies on educational opening-up. The analysis identifies challenges faced by higher vocational colleges in overseas education, such as cross-cultural adaptation and language barriers, teaching quality and recognition, market demand and alignment of professions, financial and resource limitations, as well as management and operational challenges. Finally, strategies for the development of overseas education in higher vocational colleges are proposed, including strengthening cross-cultural training and language support, enhancing teaching quality and degree recognition, gaining a deep understanding of local market demands and professional alignment, exploring multiple channels for fundraising and resource acquisition, and establishing sound management systems and operational mechanisms. Looking ahead, the study indicates that overseas education in higher vocational colleges has vast development prospects. It can meet the demand for vocational talents in countries along the route, promote international exchanges and cooperation, and make significant contributions to global talent development and economic cooperation.

A Survey and Human Capital Development Plan of Chinese Vocational Education in the Context of Economic Transformation: Based on the Thirty Years Development of Vocational Education

The transition of China’s economy to high-quality development has put forward new requirements for vocational education and Upgrade of Chinese Human Capital. Since the 1990s, vocational education has gone through two stages. The first one focused on scale expansion and the improvement of school running conditions. The second one was about strengthening the connotation construction as well as improving the level of running schools, which served as a milestone for entering a new stage of transformation to high-quality development. To better prepare the high-quality vocational talents for the transformation of economic development, this paper analyzes the main existing problems in vocational education based on the historical review of the thirty years development of vocational education of China. These problems are as follows. The hierarchical structure of vocational education needs to be perfected. The professional structure of vocational education needs to be optimized. The characteristics and brand advantages of vocational education are not obvious. The power for school-enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education is far from strong. On this basis, this paper puts forward the ideas of promoting the high-quality development of vocational education: connecting with industries and constructing the dynamic adjustment mechanism of the profession; to meet the needs of society and promote the higher level of vocational education; adhere to innovative development, strengthen the construction of characteristic brand; improving the impetus of school-enterprise cooperation and promoting the deep integration of industry and education.

Research on the Innovation Path of Production-Education Integration in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the "1+X" Certificate System

The piloting of the "1+X" certificate system is a must for the development of vocational education in China, and it is in line with the connotation of industry-education integration in terms of the demand for vocational talents, talent training mode, vocational education curriculum construction, practical training system reform and talent evaluation mechanism. At present, the integration of industry education under the "1+X" certificate system still faces difficulties such as insufficient depth, bi-directionalities, lack of advanced concepts and misconceptions, etc. It is necessary to adopt the "talent training model reconstruction as a fundamental, school-enterprise dual-coordination education, 'school, enterprise, certificate Three mutual integration, 'enrollment, teaching, management, employment' four common" model of innovative integration of industry and education development.

Exploring Secondary Vocational Students’ Digital Citizenship from the Perspective of Their Social Media Competence

Improving the digital citizenship of secondary vocational students is critical for cultivating vocational talents in education. It is an inevitable requirement for modernizing vocational education. Focusing on social media competence, this study explores possible ways to improve the digital citizenship of secondary vocational students. A total of 469 secondary vocational students in Wuhan city, Hubei province, were investigated using questionnaires. The data analysis shows that the four dimensions of social media competence (technical use, content interpretation, content generation, and anticipatory reflection) significantly predict digital citizenship. On this basis, we propose four paths for improving the digital citizenship of secondary vocational students: creating a suitable environment for secondary vocational students to apply their skills in information technology; enhancing the ability of secondary vocational students to discriminate about information on the Internet; improving students’ interpersonal communication ability when dealing with technical support; building an early warning system for secondary vocational students’ behavioral perception.

Analyze on Experimental Algorithm of Modern Apprenticeship Soft Skill Training: A Case Study of M Enterprise

In the era of the rapid development of Internet technology and information technology, the transformation of traditional industrial structure, and the emergence of new industries, the competition between talents will become more intense, and the society has put forward higher requirements for talents. Modern apprenticeship, as a new educational concept of school-enterprise co-education, will bring new educational reform to the training of higher vocational talents. Taking M enterprise as an example, this paper conducts an experimental study on the cultivation of “soft skills” of higher vocational students by modern apprenticeship. The experimental algorithm is used to analyze it. The findings are as follows: (1) In the process of promoting modern apprenticeship, higher vocational colleges pay attention to the construction of campus culture, which is conducive to internalizing “soft skills” into students’ own quality; (2) the clear career development path of enterprises can make students realize the importance of “soft skills” and clarify their training objectives, which is conducive to exerting their own initiative and constantly improving their own necessary “soft skills”; (3) enterprises attach importance to the cultivation of students’ “soft skills” and strengthen the cultivation path through real job practice, which is not only conducive to enhance the attraction of modern apprenticeship but also conducive to the talent reserve of enterprises.

Coupling and Coordinated Development of Higher Vocational Education and Economic Development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2008 to 2020.

According to the panel data from 2008 to 2020, empirical research is conducted on the coupling and coordination relationship between the higher vocational education and the regional economic development in the Yangtze River economic belt by constructing a comprehensive evaluation indicator system and using a coupling and coordination degree model. The research results show that, the development levels of the higher vocational education system and the regional economic development system in the Yangtze River economic belt have been on the rise over the past 13 years. There existed a sound coupling interaction between the two systems. However, their coupling and coordination degree were not high. By the end of 2020, 73% of the provinces (cities) were in transition and imbalance, and the coupling coordination degree showed a gradient phenomenon of “high in the East and low in the west.” To improve the coupling and coordination level between the two systems, the Yangtze River Economic Belt shall deepen the supply-side reform of the higher vocational talent training in accordance with the needs of industrial development, optimize the layout of higher vocational specialties to boost the adaptability of education to economy, and strengthen regional overall coordination to accelerate the cluster development of regional higher vocational education.

This study analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of local vocational talent training in Hunan’s higher vocational colleges under the “One Belt, One Road” initiative, in hope to provide references for the internationalization of vocational education in Hunan.

Teaching Reform of Course and Certificate Integration under the 1+x Certificate System— Taking Industrial Robots as an Example

With the development of market economy, the demand for vocational talents is increasing, which promotes the great development of vocational education in China. Both the number of vocational colleges and the number of students are increasing than before, but at this stage, the teaching mode cannot meet the needs of market talents. Many students cannot get the salary they want after graduation, which seriously hits the learning enthusiasm of vocational education students. With the implementation of the 1+X certificate system, vocational education reform has entered a new level, and curriculum integration is also an important part of the reform. By formulating certificate standards for industrial robot majors and combing the curriculum content in combination with the path of curriculum integration, it is conducive to enhancing students' competitive advantage in employment and ensuring the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
