Penguatan Kelembagaan Bumdes Sejahtera Desa Darunu Kecamatan Wori, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara Melalui Penyusunan Awal Laporan Keuangan

Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDes Sejahtera Darunu Village, located in Wori District, North Minahasa Regency, still faces various obstacles in optimal financial management. The main problems include limited knowledge related to the management of cash inflows and outflows as well as limited understanding of human resources (HR) of village officials in preparing financial reports. In addition, this BUMDes does not yet have a basic financial report as a guideline for financial operations. Thus, this research aims to strengthen the BUMDes Sejahtera institution through the preparation of standardized initial financial statements. The research used descriptive qualitative methods by collecting data through interviews and direct observation. The participatory and applied nature of the research also helped researchers play an active role in providing training and mentoring for BUMDes administrators. The data obtained was then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that this institutional strengthening initiative had a positive impact on the initial understanding of BUMDes management in preparing financial statements. The program successfully produced several important financial reports, such as the 2023 Balance Sheet, 2023 Profit and Loss Statement, and 2024 Current Profit and Loss Statement. Hopefully, this institutional strengthening will be implemented sustainably to advance BUMDes Sejahtera and provide optimal benefits for the progress of Darunu Village.

Contributory Factors to the Inability of the Poor to Access National Health Protection: A Case Study in Waingapu, Sumba Timur District, Indonesia

Millions of poor Indonesians still need access to Indonesia's National Health Protection (NHP). The study investigated barriers making NHP inaccessible for the poor in Waingapu, Sumba Timur, Indonesia. We used a qualitative approach to identify the contributing factors to why NHP was inaccessible for some populations. A total of 30 residents of Waingapu who attended healthcare in two hospitals and five Community Health Centers were recruited using convenience technic. Twenty residents participated in the semi-structured interview, while ten engaged in casual conversations. We also interviewed three heads of community groups and three health cadres for comparative information. Questions have been developed to guide the interviews and casual conversation. The interviews were audio-taped and transcribed while intensive note-taking was performed during the informal discussion or the conversation was narrated immediately after the talks ended. The information was inductive, analyzed, and coded to produce common information among the participants. The data analysis revealed the factors that contributed to the failure of the resident to enroll in the NHP, such as lack of information about the registration, poor socialization of the program, the ignorance of village officers, unaffordability, and confusion about the parties responsible for the registration. The study concluded that poor people were still vulnerable to access free coverage and healthcare from the NHP. The stakeholders of the NHP, especially the local management of NHP and local government, need to urgently and effectively educate the commoners about the mechanism, benefits, and contribution to the NHP to ensure equity and equality in accessing quality healthcare.

Implementation of Religious Moderation in Tolerance Village in Bandung City

This research aims to understand and analyze the understanding of religious moderation and the manifestation of religious moderation in the Village of Tolerance, Kebon Jeruk sub-district, Andir District, Bandung City, Indonesia. This research uses Alfred Schutz's religious phenomenology approach regarding the construction of meaning, then analyzed using indicators of religious moderation, namely tolerance, non-violence and radicalism, national commitment and accommodating to local culture. The method used in this research is grounded research, a type of qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary. Primary sources were obtained from interviews with village officials, community leaders, religious leaders, and the people of Kampung Toleransi. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through books, journals and websites. The results of this research can be concluded that in the Village of Tolerance, there is a manifestation of religious moderation. Religious moderation is understood as an attitude or view that respects each other amidst existing differences. Having different views or beliefs is not a problem for the people of Kampung Toleransi, but with the differences that exist, each religious community always gives each other space to express their religion in a respectful, safe, comfortable and peaceful manner without any intimidation from other religious communities. The attitude of religious moderation in Tolerance Village can be seen from the people who have and always prioritize an attitude of tolerance, wasatiyah or balanced, fair, musawah or equal, and deliberation. Its manifestation is realized in the form of strengthening tolerance, national commitment, anti-violence and radicalism, respect for local culture, the role of religious figures and government policies.

Accelerating Stunting Reduction by Empowering Posyandu Cadres and Village Officials in Monitoring Nutritional Status and Providing Additional Food to Pregnant Women

The low nutritional status of pregnant mother during pregnancy can result various adverse effects for mother and baby. Poor nutritional status in toddlers possible happen problems/delays development. In Dairi Regency has 189 toddlers (0.2 %) living in Bottom of the Line Red (BGM). Prevalence stunted toddlers in Dairi Regency in 2018 amounted to 23.3 %. That's why it's done empowerment cadres and village officials to monitor nutritional status and giving complementary food for pregnant mother and toddler to prevent stunting. Through increasing the knowledge and skills of cadres and village officials for achievement reducing the incidence of stunting in improving the nutritional status of pregnant women and toddlers can be done with nutritional surveillance by monitoring activities: recovery food complementary, administration of vitamin A, TTD, taburia, zinc, stimulation. This activity was attended by pregnant women, mothers of toddlers, cadres and village officials who were very enthusiastic about listening to the presentation by the service team about what is meant by stunting, its causes, treatment, and the role of cadres and village officials regarding the stunting problem. Discussions and questions and answers were also very interactive, showing the great attention paid to service activities. Apart from that, this service activity also provides complementary food to pregnant women and toddlers. Based on this, community service activities empowering the role of cadres and village officials to monitor nutritional status of pregnant mother and toddler for prevent stunting can increase knowledge and skills of partner in give knowledge and skills to pregnant and toddler for increase their nutritional status. It is hoped that this service activity can reduce the prevalence of stunting and other malnutrition problems.

Implementation of Good Tourism Governance Based on Local Wisdom in Increasing Community Income in the Simanindo Samosir Tourism Village, North Sumatra

Good tourism governance based on local wisdom is the management of tourist villages carried out based on the principles of participation, accountability and evaluation based on cultural values that grow and develop in society, such as mutual trust, mutual support, mutual cooperation and so on. The method of activity carried out in this community service is socialization, training, simulation and mentoring for several days to the community and tourism awareness groups in the Simanindo Samosir tourist village, North Sumatra so that there is an increase in knowledge, attitudes, skills and behavior of tourism awareness group administrators. and society and society and apply the concepts that have been presented in the training. The results of the activities carried out showed that the Simanindo tourist village community and village officials as well as tourism awareness groups seemed enthusiastic about listening to and following the event until it was finished and committed to implementing it. On the first day, the venue is mapped and the technicalities of the event are discussed, the event rundown and who will be invited the following day. On the second day it was held from 14 to 18, accompanied by lectures, questions and answers and long discussions. Thus, it can be concluded that community service activities have received a positive response and we hope that similar activities can be carried out in the future. This community service was closed with a group photo and distributing "I'm Tourist Friendly" stickers so that tourist friendliness remains embedded in the community of the Simanindo tourist village, Samosir, North Sumatra.

Manajemen Pemerintah Dalam Program Ekonomi Desa Simpan Pinjam Desa Tunas Jaya Kecamatan Bone Pantai Kabupaten Bone Bolango

This research aims to find out how the Government Management in the Savings and Loans Village Economic Program in Tunas Jaya Village, Kec. Bone Beach District. Bone Bolango chose 3 village officials as key informants while data collection techniques used documentation, observation and interview techniques. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method, namely describing research variables in qualitative aspects of understanding. The results of the research show that government management in the Savings and Loans Village Economic Program in Tunas Jaya Village has not implemented a good management process in managing the Karya Bersama Abadi Savings and Loans Village Economic Program. This is reinforced by data and interview results which state that the process of implementing the activities still experiencing several obstacles, both in terms of supervision and also the process of giving sanctions to members who have not carried out their obligations to pay credit. Some of the problems that are factors that hinder the progress of the village government management process in implementing the Karya Bersama Abadi program are weak leadership of the village head, inadequate facilities, low community mindset, and weak supervision from the village government.

Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) pada Pemilihan Jenis Lampu Penerang Jalan Berbasis Photovoltaic

Many research topics use the SAW method as a reference method in a decision support system. The street lighting control system is very useful for residents of the village of Karanganyar, Paiton, Probolinggo. This lighting is the main spotlight for residents' activities at the village office. Such as August competitions, routine monthly recitations, competitions to commemorate Isra' Mi'raj and the Prophet's birthday. There are many types of lamps in stores. The criteria for lamps are that they have high light illumination, long-lasting light, large bulb size, so that they can help village residents carry out activities at night. This lamp also uses photovoltaic as an additional source of electrical energy so it can save electricity costs to PLN. The solar panel measures 550 x 360 x 25 mm, 20 volts and has a peak power of 20 watts

Inisiasi Pengolahan Air Embung dengan Teknologi Multimedia Filter (MMF) sebagai Solusi Air Bersih di Kabupaten Bojonegoro

Clean water and proper sanitation are fundamental human needs. Nganti Village, located in Ngraho Subdistrict, Bojonegoro Regency, faces significant drought and clean water shortages, particularly during the dry season. The water quality remains subpar despite the presence of springs and water reservoirs. Consequently, processing raw water from the village's reservoir can offer a viable solution. This service activity aims to harness water reservoirs as a clean water source through multimedia filter (MMF) technology. The activities, conducted from 2022 to the end of 2023, encompass four stages: socializing the program plans, constructing multimedia filters (MMF), installing the water treatment unit on-site, and evaluating water quality, followed by necessary follow-ups. The primary activities involve installing water treatment units with MMF technology in collaboration with village officials and the community. The treated water is then tested for quality at the IPB University laboratory. Test results indicate that MMF technology significantly improves water quality, reducing parameters such as Magnesium, Manganese, Calcium, Iron, and Phosphate by 25.8‒97.8%, thus meeting quality standards. However, some parameters, such as TSS, COD, and Zinc, still exceed quality standards, necessitating further processing. This advanced water treatment requires involvement from the local government, particularly in funding through community empowerment programs, to install advanced treatment units and provide operational support for these units.

Rekayasa Teknik Guludan sebagai Upaya Rehabilitasi Ekosistem Mangrove di Ekowisata Pantai Alam Serdang Bahari, Pantai Labu, Sumatera Utara

Abrasion at Alam Serdang Bahari Beach (ASB) is increasingly worrying, causing the reduction of mangrove forests on the coast. ASB Beach is located in Regemuk Village, Labu Beach. The ASB Mangrove Forest Farmers Group (KTHM) has made many efforts to continue to exist morally and materially to survive in the ecotourism industry and is trying to re-green the beaches to minimize the impact of abrasion. The results of a field assessment involving lecturers, village officials, and KTHM ASB obtained a roadmap for a sustainable development village with a solution to prevent prolonged abrasion using the simplest and most economical way through engineered bund techniques to protect mangrove plants and also act as a wave breaker. Implementing this PKM aims to make new efforts to plant mangrove trees as coastal abrasion protection. Implementing activities uses a participatory action research (PAR) approach. KTHM, as the partner, carried out the construction of the bund enclosure, and the PKM team was the drafter and supervisor. The results of the PKM implementation are three plots of bunds in the shape of a ship's bow as an effort to break the beach waves using the Rhizopora sp. propagules collected from mangrove seeds by KTHM ASB. This innovation is still early to assess because it requires ongoing monitoring. It is hoped that this effort will better protect newly planted mangrove plants from fierce waves and abrasion as a joint effort to prevent abrasion on ASB Beach.

OPTIMALISASI KISSIDAN ECO HILL MENUJU DESA SIDAN SEBAGAI DESA WISATA MELALUI PENGEMBANGAN SENSORY GARDEN

Desa Sidan has great potential as a sustainable tourist destination, but it requires revitalization to make its infrastructure and facilities more attractive and comfortable. Kissidan Eco Hill, as part of the ecotourism initiative in Desa Sidan, focuses on organic farming and local culture; however, optimizing management and physical revitalization are needed to enhance its appeal. The implementation of community service activities through the revitalization and optimization of Kissidan Eco Hill is designed to position Desa Sidan as a village focused on ecological education and sustainable agriculture. The main program includes educational tours of Subak, Bali's traditional irrigation system, with stages that range from planning and development to implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The development stage focuses on improving planting media and promotion, while the implementation phase includes planting and the creation of irrigation channels. Monitoring is conducted through routine checks to assess the impact and performance of the program sustainably. Key partners, such as the Head of Sidan Village, village officials, and Kissidan Eco Hill staff, play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of this program. The optimization of Kissidan Eco Hill can be further enhanced by developing a sensory garden. The available planting area at Kissidan Eco Hill is sufficient to accommodate the planting of various plants that support the establishment of a sensory garden

INOVASI IOT UNTUK PENGELOLAAN DAN KEAMANAN RUANG ARSIP: IMPLEMENTASI ESP32 DENGAN SENSOR API DAN SUHU DHT11

This study aims to design and develop a prototype IoT-based archive room monitoring system to enhance security and efficiency in archive management at the Village Office of Desa Pingit, Pringsurat District, Temanggung Regency. The system utilizes a UV Flame Detector for fire detection and a DHT11 sensor for monitoring temperature and humidity, with an ESP32 as the main controller connected via Wi-Fi. Integrated with the Telegram app, users can receive real-time notifications and updates on archive room conditions, facilitating remote monitoring. Testing results indicate that the system effectively detects fire presence and accurately provides temperature and humidity updates. This innovation is expected to aid in risk management and archive protection, offering a practical solution for modern archive room management.

The Role of Village Apparatus Communication in an Effort to Improve the Quality of Community Services

The Role of Village Officials' Communication in Efforts to Improve the Quality of Public Services in Sifalaete Village, Gunungsitoli Idanoi District, Gunungsitoli City. This study aims to analyze the role of communication among officials in Sifalaete Village, Gunungsitoli Idanoi District, Gunungsitoli City, and to determine the quality of public services in Sifalaete Village, Gunungsitoli Idanoi District, Gunungsitoli City. To achieve these objectives, the researcher processed the data using qualitative descriptive methods, utilizing in-depth interviews as the instrument and employing purposive sampling techniques, which involved questioning one key informant and six supporting informants. Based on the analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn: The research findings indicate that village officials' communication plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of public services. The findings highlight the importance of effective interpersonal communication, transparency, and community participation in decision-making processes. These research findings have significant implications for the development of strategies and policies to enhance the quality of public services at the village level. Recommendations are provided to improve training and development of communication skills for village officials, strengthen communication-oriented leadership, and enhance organizational support to facilitate effective communication between village government and the community.

PELATIHAN AKUNTANSI PERANGKAT DESA GUNA PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DI DESA KADUAGUNG BARAT, BANTEN

Village funds are a form of government attention in providing opportunities to villages as an effort to maintain their potential. The use of village funds is directed at financing development and community empowerment with the aim of improving the welfare of village communities, the quality of human life and overcoming poverty. However, the amount of village funds needs to be balanced with increasing the capacity of Human Resources, namely village officials as managers of village funds. The low quality of Human Resources will ultimately give rise to community concerns regarding the management of village funds whose placement is used for other things that are not in accordance with the initial objectives. The aim of this Community Service activity is to provide training to partners, in this case Kaduanggung village officials, Banten, especially regarding: (1) Understanding accounting concepts, especially regarding village funds, and (2) Understanding the importance of transparency in financial management . This service activity is planned as an ongoing program, so that at the end of the assistance it is hoped that village officials will have full awareness regarding accounting records in managing village funds, and have records that are in accordance with accounting principles. Apart from that, to realize healthy village fund governance, active community participation is needed in carrying out supervision. The implementation of this service consists of several stages of activities, namely socialization, consultation and mentoring, formation of a village finance team, to ongoing evaluation and monitoring. The feedback and evaluation carried out is in the form of ongoing monitoring related to the recording carried out in the use of village funds.

PENDAMPINGAN PEMBUATAN PETA JALUR EVAKUASI BENCANA BERBASIS SIG DI DESA PEMENANG TIMUR, KABUPATEN LOMBOK UTARA

East Pemenang Village is one of the tourist destination villages in North Lombok district, with coastal and hilly areas. There are also religious tourism such as the Vanna Sabha Loka Vihara in Jeliman Ireng district and the Jaya Wijaya Vihara in Tebango district (Anwar et al, 2023). However, the 2018 earthquake caused damage to the tourist location. The purpose of the service activity to assist in the preparation of Disaster Evacuation Route Maps using the Geographic Information System (GIS) Application is to compile data and create disaster information media in the form of a map. Information in the maps related to disaster evacuation routes need to be prepared to make it easier for the community and tourists in the East Pemenang Village to know the evacuation routes and assembly points when a disaster are coming. The method used in this activity was FGD with the community and the East Pemenang village officials. The result of this activity is that there is a GIS-based disaster evacuation route map and the community and village officials understand the importance of digital maps in the disaster risk management process.

Initiation of Pos Gizi as a Community-Based Stunting Prevention

This community service activity is aimed at the initiation of Pos Gizi a community-based in Bajo Indah village. The method of this community service activity uses the training for Pos Gizi cadres for 3 days. The criteria for the Pos Gizi 10 cadres are: being able to read and write, availability of time, domicile, interest and motivation, and community trust. The instruments used were questionnaires and observation sheets. The cadre training stages are the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data was analyzed descriptively and statistic paired t-test. The result of community services is a nutrition post institution was formed based on the decree of the Bajo Indah village head. The Bajo Indah village Pos Gizi has a place of activity determined by the village head, namely the village office building, with meeting room facilities, a nutrition consultation room, and a mini kitchen. Each room is equipped with facilities such as tables, chairs, document cabinets, weighing equipment, microtonal, and LILa tape, the mini kitchen is equipped with cooking equipment in the form of a gas stove, pan, basin, plate, spoon, glass, cutting board, knife, frying pan, and cooking pot. Pos Gizi cadre training significantly increased the knowledge and skills of cadres p <0.05 (sig.0.000). So, it can be concluded that the community service activities have formed a Pos Gizi institution and increased the knowledge and skills of cadres to carry out their duties as Bajo Indah village Pos Gizi cadres.

Communication Management Strategy in Implementing Recognition of Prior Learning to Enhance Village Officers' Competence in Indonesia

The State University of Surabaya (UNESA), the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration, and the Bojonegoro Regency Government initiated an RPL program collaboration, offering opportunities to all village officials in Bojonegoro Regency who have not yet obtained a bachelor's degree to have their various experiences and work portfolios assessed against the learning outcomes of courses in higher education. This RPL program, specifically for village officials, is the first of its kind in Indonesia. So, it encourages researchers to use case study research methods. This research discusses the importance of communication management, as many actors and institutions within UNESA are responsible for implementing this RPL collaboration. The students from village officials studying at the undergraduate level in five study programs selected by UNESA. UNESA's communication management in managing RPL is evident in the inter-institutional communication content that regulates their respective duties and functions, so these institutions structurally have a coordinating function and are responsible to the Rector. The communication flow between institutions within UNESA is formally regulated, and its channels are written. Conversely, in the classroom between lecturers and RPL students, communication management is more equal in community service and joint research programs.

Accountability of Village Fund Management in the Perspective of Agency Theory

This study aims to determine how the role and understanding of village officials influence the accountability of village fund management. This study also wants to see agency problems in the accountability of village fund management. The results of this study are the role of village officials has a variable significance level of 0.03 0.05, which means that the role of village officials has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. Furthermore, the understanding of village officials has a variable significance level of 0.02 0.05, which means that the understanding of village officials has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. Based on the results of interviews with village officials, agency theory in village fund management is very important to ensure accountability and transparency or openness. The community as a principal must obtain clear information and have a role in supervision, while the village government as an agent is required to carry out its duties transparently and responsibly. With both formal and informal monitoring mechanisms in place, potential conflicts of interest and moral hazard issues can be minimised.

Perdagangan Orang: Ancaman Nyata, Upaya Hukum dan Pencegahannya di Desa Tirtayasa Serang Banten

Human Trafficking is a transnational crime, this is because human trafficking involves many countries in terms of planning, real actions and the consequences. The countries targeted are not only developed countries but developing countries such as Indonesia are not immune to this crime. Real evidence can be found in one of the areas in Banten province, namely Tirtayasa Village located in Serang Regency. Many residents think that by going abroad they can change their fate in the village, without thinking about the legal or illegal process. As a result, there are several residents who experience physical violence and not being paid their wages. Therefore, it is necessary to hold comprehensive socialization activities related to human trafficking which include real actions, legal efforts and prevention efforts. The results of this socialization show that the knowledge of village communities who assume that if they can work abroad it will change their fate is a misguided perception. Because in this socialization, the legal and illegal processes related to the departure of migrant workers from Indonesia abroad are conveyed. With this socialization, village communities know that the law will protect them wherever they go as long as they are law-abiding citizens. Furthermore, it is hoped that this activity can be continued by village officials so that it can be a filter for its residents before they dare to work abroad.

Enhancing the Competences of Female Village Officials in Zhanjiang from the Perspective of the Sociology of Knowledge

This study investigates the socio-cultural and institutional challenges faced by female village officials in Zhanjiang, using the sociology of knowledge framework to explore how tailored training programs can enhance their competences. Qualitative data, collected from participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and training documents, were analyzed, revealing that context-specific and gender-sensitive approaches to knowledge selection, application, and transmission can empower the female officials to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and everyday governance. Additionally, participatory methods like role-playing and case studies, adopted by the training can help the female officials apply new skills to real-world governance challenges. The findings also suggest training content needs to align with the socio-cultural realities of female village officials, particularly in aspects related to leadership, dispute mediation, and rural development. By focusing on the interplay between formal, codified knowledge and local, tacit knowledge, the study contributes to the literature on in-service training, rural governance, and gender studies.
